TDS TR QUUGIK SIART GUIDE 6 Customise setting 1 While your unit is attached to the computer click on the Change Settings button on the TR Series Update Utility 2 Four tabs access the settings pages Display Adjusts the colour of your normal alarm and soft alert screens TR30 lite only and the screen contrast Alerts Set the warning time of approaching road hazards You may like to experiment to allow you to adjust your driving accordingly Sound Set the volume of the warnings to suit the ambience of your vehicle Select voice or character voice TR30 lite only Misc Set your preferences for mph or kph and whether you want to be advised when you are exceeding a speed limit 3 After you have made all your selections for each tab click on the Save button to save your preferences 4 When you have made all of your adjustments close the window by clicking on the X at the top right hand corner of the Settings Window 7 install device The TR range of products are designed for use with all 12 volt motor vehicles TDS recommends a soft install to confirm the best position for your TR cradle 1 Find a suitable area of the windscreen to attach the TR cradle Ensure that it does not impede your driving vision 2 Attach the cradle to the windscreen using the sucker lever 3 Connect the TR head unit to the cradle ensuring that the antenna on the back of the unit is horizontal that it has a clear view vertically
