GIO DALLA PARETE Svitare le quattro viti 11 in modo che fra le rondelle 10 e le lamiere di supporto 23 e 33 rimanga uno spazio di circa 10 mm 0 4 in A ATTENZIONE Dato il peso della macchina la seguente operazione deve essere eseguita da due persone Facendo presa sulla maniglia 8 sollevare la macchina e far uscire le viti 11 e le rondelle 10 dai fori asolati superiori 12 e da quello inferiore 18 Abbassare lentamente la macchina facendo attenzione ad appoggiarla al pavimento in modo stabile FUNZIONAMENTO ATTIVIT PRELIMINARI Srotolare completamente il tubo alta pressione 20 ed inserire il raccordo rapido 22 nel raccordo di mandata 5 premendolo a fondo accertarsi del corretto inserimento del raccordo provando a tirarlo in verso opposto a quello di inserimento OPERAZIONE D DI FIG 7 Fissare al raccordo rapido d ingresso acqua 32 un tubo di alimentazione avente diametro interno di 19 mm 0 75 in utilizzando un comune innesto rapido da giardinaggio OPERAZIONE E DI FIG 7 Aprire il rubinetto di alimentazione acqua verificando che non vi siano gocciolamenti nel caso che il collegamento venga effettuato alla rete idrica dell acqua potabile obbligatorio utilizzare un disconnettore di rete idrica conforme alla EN 60335 2 79 acquistabile presso il proprio Rivenditore Per il suo utilizzo riferirsi al relativo manuale d istruzione nel caso di alimentazione da un serbatoio di pescaggio introdurre il

MENTO A PAVIMENTO A ATTENZIONE Dato il peso della macchina la seguente operazione deve essere eseguita da due persone Portare la macchina nella postazione di lavoro badando di collocarla in piano in posizione stabile piedi in gomma 27 consentono un corretto posizionamento INSTALLAZIONE FISSAGGIO A PARETE Individuare una parete idonea al fissaggio della macchina la macchina deve essere fissata esclusivamente a pareti in muratura o cemento armato di spessore non inferiore a 10 cm 4 in non fissare la macchina a pareti in cartongesso legno lamiera od altri materiali non adeguati a ricevere i tasselli in dotazione Per il fissaggio a parete utilizzare esclusivamente i tasselli forniti in dotazione qualora un tassello venga smarrito o danneggiato durante l installazione rivolgersi ad un TECNICO SPECIALIZZATO per la sua sostituzione Facendo riferimento alle misure indicate in Fig 2 tracciare quattro segni che serviranno come riferimento perla successiva operazione di foratura per una corretta ergonomia di utilizzo si consiglia di eseguire i tre fori superiori ad una altezza dal suolo circa 150 160 cm 59 63 in Con una punta di diametro 12 mm 0 47 in non in dotazione idonea alla foratura di pareti in muratura cemento armato eseguire quattro fori profondi circa 70 80 mm 2 8 3 2 in si veda anche la Fig 3 in corrispondenza dei segni tracciati in precedenza Durante questa operazione prestare attenzione alle avvertenze di

16. e la documentazione che accompagna l accessorio INTERRUZIONE DEL FUNZIONAMENTO e Con pressioni di lavoro superiori a 20 bar 290 psi rilasciando la leva 17 dell idropistola mediante il dispositivo Total Stop la macchina si arresta automaticamente Essa riprende a funzionare regolarmente alla successiva pressione della leva dell idropistola ARRESTO e Chiudere completamente il rubinetto di alimentazione dell acqua oppure estrarre il tubo di aspirazione dal serbatoio di pescaggio e Svuotare dall acqua la macchina facendola funzionare per alcuni secondi con la leva 17 dell idropistola premuta e Portare l interruttore generale 1 in posizione 0 e Togliere la spina di alimentazione dalla presa di corrente e Eliminare l eventuale pressione residua rimasta nel tubo alta pressione tenendo premuta per alcuni secondi la leva 17 dell idropistola e Attendere che la macchina si sia raffreddata MESSA A RIPOSO e Riavvolgere il tubo alta pressione 20 con cura evitando piegature per un rimessaggio ottimale anche possibile rimuovere il tubo di mandata sganciando il raccordo rapido 22 dal raccordo di mandata a questo scopo spostare assialmente la ghiera 5 verso la carenatura della macchina ed estrarre il raccordo rapido si veda anche la Fig 6 e Riavvolgere con cura il cavo elettrico di alimentazione 28 e Sela macchina non fissata a parete riporla con cura in un luogo asciutto e pulito facendo attenzione

18. ine allowing this to operate for a few seconds with the spray gun lever 17 pressed Move the master switch 1 to 0 position e Remove the plug from the power socket e Eliminate any residual pressure in the high pressure hose by keeping the spray gun lever 17 pressed for a few seconds e Wait for the machine to cool down DECOMMISSIONING e Re wind the high pressure hose 20 carefully avoiding any folds for excellent storage it is also possible to remove the delivery hose by releasing the quick fit coupling 22 from the delivery coupling to do so twist ring nut 5 towards the body of the machine and remove the quick fit coupling see also Fig 6 e Wind the power cable 28 up carefully e If the machine is not fixed to the wall place carefully in a clean dry place taking care not to damage the power cable and the high pressure hose ROUTINE MAINTENANCE Do the operations described in the STOP paragraph following the chart shown below MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE JOBS After every use e Check the power cable high pressure hose couplings spray gun and lance hose If any of these is damaged do not use the machine and contact a SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN Wall fixing check where applicable Clean the water inlet filter 30 Unscrew the quick fit coupling 32 and take out the filter 30 see also Fig 1 Generally speaking to clean this all that need be done is pass the filter under a jet of runni
