6. dal lato flangiato della bussola facen done fuoriuscire l estremita filettata Fig 6 Avvitare completamente l ogiva OG 6 5 nella sede filettata dell utensile mediante l ap posito calibro avvitatore CAL Fig 7 3 2 Estrusione Rif a Figg 2 8 9 Prima di procedere alla successiva fase di estru sione assicurarsi che l ogiva sia avvitata completa mente nella sede dell utensile Azionare l utensile Viene esercitata in questo modo una trazione dell ogiva OG 6 5 che passa attraverso il foro della bussola di rame deformandola fino ad ottenere un accoppiamento intimo con la rotaia fig 8 la porzione eccedente della bussola che sborda dal foro crea un ulteriore aggancio con la rotaia stessa Fig 9 Nel caso in cui l ogiva non uscisse completamente dal contatto e l utensile rimanesse bloccato procedere nel modo seguente Svitare e togliere la ghiera di bloccaggio 02 Estrarre la chiave 01 e reinserirla al contrario sulla madrevite 03 azionare nuovamente l utensile che verr cosi sbloccato dalla rotaia Ruotare in senso antiorario la madrevite 03 tenendo contemporaneamente fermo il supporto 06 fino al blocco Ruotare il supporto 06 in senso orario fino al blocco Ruotare la madrevite 03 in senso orario tenendo contemporaneamente fermo il sup porto fino ad accostare lo stesso al gambo della rotaia Riportare l utensile nelle condizioni iniziali e procedere alla completa

8. ndig im Zugzylinder eingeschraubt ist Das mechanisches Einzugswerkzeug bet tigen Der Spreizdorn wird durch die Cu Buchse gezogen weitet die Buchse auf und verformt diese so da eine feste Verbindung mit dem Schienensteg erzielt wird Bild 8 Das aus der Bohrung berstehende Buchsenmaterial gibt der H lse einen zus tzlichen Halt Bild 9 Folgende Schritte sind zu befolgen wenn der Spreiz dorn nicht vollst ndig aus dem Kontakt herauskommt bzw das Werkzeug blockiert Die Befestigungshutmutter 02 l sen und entfernen Den Ratschenarm 01 und umgekehrt auf die Mutter FIG 2 03 setzen Das Werkzeug bet tigen dabei wir es von der Schiene entsperrt Die Mutter 03 nachlinks drehen wobei der Zugzylinder 06 gleichzeitig bis zum Anschlag festgehalten wird Den Zugzylinder 06 bis zum Anschlag nach rechts drehen Die Mutter 03 nach rechts drehen und den Zugzylinder gleichzeitig festhalten bis der Zugzylinder am Schienensteg anliegt Das Werkzeug wieder in die Ausgangsposition bringen und den Einzugsvorgang des Kontaktes fortsetzen DEUTSCH 4 LEITERBEFESTIGUNG Siehe Bild 10 und 11 Indie Cu Buchse wird die systementlastende Sechskantschraube so eingef hrt da das Schraubengewinde flanschseitig aus der Cu Buchse ragt Auf der gegen berliegenden Cu Buchsenseite liegt der Schraubenkopf am Schienensteg an ohne die Cu Buchse Bild 10 zu ber hren Nach der Mont
9. 10 f r die Montage des Kontaktes AR 69 d Segeltuchtasche Typ 016 AufAnfrage kann die AusschuBlehre des Typs CAL 8 85 zur Kontrolle der L cher mit einem Durchmesser von 8 mm geliefert werden f r die Montage des Kontaktes AR67 FIG 1 SYSTEM MTE1 DEUTSCH 3 BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE 3 1 Vorbereitung Siehe Bild 2 7 Der Schienensteg wird mit einem Bohrer durchgebohrt Bild 3 Wenn im Schienensteg bereits eine Bohrung vorhanden ist wird diese entsprechend nachgearbeitet Die Bohrung wird mit der AusschuBlehre Typ CAL gepr ft Bild 4 Dabei mu der gr ne Teil der Lehre durch die Bohrung gehen der rote Teil mu steckenbleiben Bei Ma abweichungen ist eine weitere Bohrung des Schienenstegs erforderlich Die Kupfer Buchse AR 1 wird in die Bohrung eingef hrt Bild 5 Den Zugzylinder 06 vollst ndig nach links drehen zum kompletten rauskommen des Schraubsitz der gewindeschnittline Bild 2 Um ber den maximalen Hub zu verf gen muss der Zugzylinder 06 bis zum Anschlag nach links gedreht werden Der Spreizdorn OG 6 5 wird flanschseitig in die Buchse eingef hrt das mit Gewinde versehene Ende ragt heraus Bild 6 Der Spreizdorn OG 6 5 wird mit dem Schl sselteil der AusschuBlehre CAL in das Gewinde des Werkzeug eingeschraubt Bild 7 3 2 Einzugsvorgang Siehe Bild 2 8 und 9 Vor jedem Einzugsvorgang hat man zu kontrollieren dass der Spreizdorn vollst
