Apply Triad MRA to the dry Triad ABC coated surface especially the palate edge what will contact the second half of the expander Apply Triad Gel Material to the rest of the palate to form the second half of the expander appliance Complete the EE as previously described in Basic Functional Appliance DO B Occlusal Splints can be made easily on the cast with Triad Gel following conventional design procedures C Patient Identification Procedures 1 For new appliances a Apply a thin layer of Triad Gel to the pre pared cast surface in the desired location and cure for 30 seconds b Moisten onion skin paper containing the patient s typed identifica tion data with heat cured methyl methacrylate monomer MMA and place the paper on the thin partially cured Triad Gel Material surface c Continue the Triad Gel Material application as previously described in Basic Functional Appliance 2 For existing appliances a Create a shallow well in a nondissue bearing sur face of the appliance b Moisten onion skin paper containing the patient s identification data using heat cured MMA Position the paper in the prepared area c Cover with a layer of Triad Gel Material and cure for 30 seconds d Cover with Triad ABC and cure an additional 3 minutes e After curing scrub gen tly with warm water and a brush to remove all traces of Triad ABC f If needed trim e2. DENSPLY TRUBYTE Triad Gel Visible Light Cure Material Materiau photopolymerisable Materiale fotopolimerizzabile a luce visibile Lichth rtendes Material Material fotopolimerizable DIRECTIONS FOR USE CONDITIONS D EMPLOI ISTRUZIONI PER L USO VERARBEITUNGSANLEITUNG INSTRUCCIONES DE EMPLEO ce Re Indications for Use Triad Gel Material is a visible light cure material indicated for the fabrication of orthodontic and other intra oral appliances including but not limited to retainers functional appliances and occlusal splints night guards Triad Gel Material is indicated where materials with high flow characteristics are desired such as when encapsulating and retaining orthodontic wires mesh etc Triad Gel Material is a no mix urethane dimethacrylate based material that contains no methyl methacrylate monomer Contraindications Triad Gel Material is contraindi cated for patients and users with a history of allergic reaction to a urethane resins and or b methyl methacrylate monomer contained in Triad VLC Bonding Agent only Warnings Triad Gel Material and Triad VLC Bonding Agent contain polymeriz able monomers which may cause skin sensitization allergic contact dermatitis or other allergic reac tions in susceptible persons Wash thoroughly with soap and water after contact If skin sensitization occurs discontinue use If dermati tis or other symptoms persist seek medi
