WARTUNG WARTUNG DURCH DEN BENUTZER Der Heber weist eine Stange mit drei Positionen und monostabiles Wegeventil 4 3 auf Bei einer Beschadigung oder bei einem Abrutschen des Luftschlauchs blockiert der Stempel sofort 1 Fur eine langere Lebensdauer des Stempels wird empfohlen die Kolben au en alle f nfzehn Tage zu reinigen 2 Zumindest zweimal jahrlich den Olstand im Tank kontrollieren diese Kontrolle muss mit vollstandig abgesenkten Kolben vorgenommen werden Der Olstand wird kontrolliert indem die Schraube herausgeschraubt wird wie auf der Zei chnung dargestellt Zeichnung 18 Falls Ol in den Tank nachgefillt werden muss so muss sichergestellt werden dass das neue l mit dem l kompatibel ist das sich bereits im Tank befindet damit die Maschine nicht beschadigt wird 3 Falls der Olstand auch nur wenig h her als vorgesehen ist oder falls der He ber gekippt wurde was beim Transport leicht passiert so wird das l durch die Sogpumpe in Form von Nebel ausgeworfen Dieses Phanomen verschwindet erst sobald der richtige Olstand wieder hergestellt ist Falls das Ol im Tank den Stand stark bersteigt so wird empfohlen l abzulassen um den richtigen Stand herzustellen KOMPATIBLE LSORTEN ATF DEXRON IID ENTLUFTUNG Den Olstand kontrollieren falls der Motor funktioniert die Last jedoch nicht hebt l nachf llen und dann entl ften falls l fehlt Beim Entl ften die Luft vollst ndig aus den Kolben ablassen den

14. bajados Es menester comprobar el nivel del aceite desenroscando el bul n como indicado en dibujo Dib 18 En el caso de ser necesario agregar aceite en el dep sito comprobar que el aceite empleado sea compatible con el aceite ya presente a fin de no compro meter la integridad de la maquina 3 Si el nivel del aceite es mas alto del previsto tambi n en poca cuantia o si el cric ha sido volcado puede suceder durante el transporte el aceite es expulsa do en forma de neblina a trav s del depresor Este fen meno desaparece por si solo cuando se restablece el nivel del aceite Si el aceite al interior del dep sito supere mucho el nivel indicado se aconseja quitar aceite hasta restablecer el nivel correcto ACEITES COMPATIBLES ATF DEXRON IID PURGA Si el motor funciona pero no sube la carga comprobar el nivel del aceite Si falta aceite agregar y seguidamente purgar el circuito La operacion de purga del aire se realiza haciendo salir por completo los pistones seguidamente se sube el elevador verticalmente como en debujo y al mismo tiempo poner la palanca de propulsion en posici n de bajada hasta el rientro completo de los pistones Ter minada esta operaci n comprobar de nuevo el nivel del aceite Dib 19 40 MANTENIMIENTO RESERVADO A UN T CNICO PROFESIONALMENTE CUALIFICAD Teniendo que efectuar operaciones de mantenimiento o de revisi n emplear ex clusivamente repuestos originales para garantizar la fiabilidad consta

38. nte del elevador DETECCI N DE AVER A 1 El motor no arran funciona mal a Comprobar que en la l nea de aire de alimentaci n no hayan estrangulacio nes b Est n gastadas las juntas 1101 reemplazarlas c Las juntas 1101 montadas en el pistoncito 1102 se deslizan con dificultad es menester desmontar y lubricar tanto el cilindro como el pist n 2 El elevador n I r a Comprobar el nivel del aceite mediante el tornillo 301 b Hay impuridades debajo de las valvulas sacar el carter cerrar el grifo n 1164 que tapa el dep sito descolgar el tubo aceite 1115 desmontar los grupos 1151 y 1152 desenroscando los pernos 93 desenroscar el tap n 518 sacar las esferas y los muelles y soplar al interior limpiando esmeradamente seguida mente volver a montar el conjunto eventualmente remachando las esferas 40 y 521 y repetir la operacion de purgado indicada en la pagina anterior antes de emplear nuevamente el elevador c Comprobar el bloque hidraulico 1152 teniendo cuidado en que los pistonci tos 89 y 264 que controlan la apertura y el cierre de las valvulas de bajada no se hayan vuelto poco corredizos en tal caso desmontarlos y engrasarlos 3 El cric sube pero bajo carga se baja a Desmontar el grupo 1152 y comprobar que debajo de las valvulas 40 y 83 no hayan impuridades si hay suciedad es menester limpiar esmeradamente y readaptar el alfiler 83 en su sede dando un peque o golpe de ma

43. rtillo Si no se consigue obtener el sellado del alfiler hay que reemplazar la v lvula 81 comple ta de alfiler 83 Si despu s de haber remontado el elevador la carga sigue ba jando pasar al punto siguiente b Vaciar por completo el cilindro del aceite desenroscar el cilindro y examinar la junta si esta estropeada reemplazarla Montar de nuevo el conjunto apretando el cilindro con fuerza Hacer funcionar el cric un par de veces sin carga efectuar el purgado y por ultimo con los pistones bajados restablecer el nivel del aceite si necesario 4 Los pistones no reentran completamente tam ndo la palan 2 nl ici n j a Comprobar el depresor 1150 y comprobar que el pistoncito 138 se deslice bien se aconseja engrasarlo o lubricarlo b Intervenir como en el punto 3 b limpiando s lo los pistones 41 a En el caso de que el elevador expulse aceite por el silenciador 1109 esto significa que o el bombeador 1104 est rayado o estropeado por lo que es ne cesario reemplazarlo o que la junta 1106 esta estropeada por lo que es nece sario reemplazarla b P rdida de aceite por el depresor 1150 comprobar que no haya una canti dad excesiva de aceite en el deposito En el caso de que el cric se haya volcado la p rdida cesara al cabo de poco tiempo si la p rdida persiste es necesario reemplazar las juntas 90 y 26 del bloque hidraulico 1152 Sila p rdida sigue persistiendo hay que reemplazar el entero grupo 1152
