Assembly Instructions ITEM NO 31612 FUTURE A SCREW C PLASTIC WASHER D GLASS PANEL E METAL PLATE F LOCK WASHER G HEX NUT H COUPLING 0 TUBING a HEX NUT K STEM CHECK RING 4 COVER IN GLASS 0 RUBBER WASHER P METAL WASHER 0 HEX NUT R GLASS CAP 5 FINAL 1 Unpack the carton and place the fixture on a flat surface Attention All necessary hardware and loose components have been verified for this fixture and are packed inside Do not discard inner packing until you have inspected it thoroughly Please be very careful in handling the fixture because the end of the leaf is sharp 2 Attach 3 ARMS B onto the holes on the METAL PLATE F Thread the LOCK WASHER G HEX NUT H until tighten to fix each arm 3 Place enclosed 2 pieces GLASS PANEL E on the METAL PLATE F Attach with the SCREW C and PLASTIC WASHER D through the holes of GLASS PANEL E then onto the METAL PLATE F until tighten 4 Install correct type and wattage bulbs onto the lamp sockets follow the wattage label shows on the socket 5 Thread the STEM L onto the COUPLING I Secured by the HEX NUT K 6 Place the TUBING J CHECK RING M and COVER N through the STEM L onto the FIXTURE A 7 Place the GLASS 0 RUBBER WASHER P and METAL WASHER Q through the STEM L Secured by the HEX NUT R 8 Place the GLASS CAP S through the STEM L Secured by the bottom
