8. trampoline Warnings and instructions for the care maintenance and use of the trampoline are included to promote safe enjoyable use of this equipment 15 CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition If you have been inactive for several years or are severely overweight start slowly and increase your workout time gradually Increase your workout intensity gradually by monitoring your heart rate while you exercise Remember to follow these essentials e Have your doctor review your training and diet programs e Begin your training program slowly with realistic goals that have been set by you and your physician e Warm up before you exercise and cool down after you work out e Take your pulse periodically during your workout and strive to stay within a range of 60 lower intensity to 90 higher intensity of your maximum heart rate zone Start at the lower intensity and build up to higher intensity as you become more aerobically fit e f you feel dizzy or lightheaded you should slow down or stop exercising Initially you may only be able to exercise within your target zone for a few minutes however your aerobic Capacity will improve over the next six to eight weeks It is important to pace yourself while you exercise so you don t tire too quickly To determine if you are working out at the correct intensity use a heart rate monitor or use the table below For effective aerobic

TAMINA Oval Jogger The weight limit on the STAMINA Oval Jogger is 250 pounds Do not use the STAMINA Oval Jogger with socks only Good traction is very important when mounting using and dismounting the STAMINA Oval Jogger Bare feet are acceptable but we recommend good footwear with rubber non skid soles such as walking running or cross training shoes Wear appropriate clothing when exercising do not wear loose clothing that could become caught in the STAMINA Oval Jogger The STAMINA Oval Jogger should be used by only one person at a time Remove any obstructions from beneath the STAMINA Oval Jogger The surface of the bed should be dry Be careful to maintain your balance when mounting using dismounting or assembling the STAMINA Oval Jogger Loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury Do not step on the safety pad when mounting using or dismounting the STAMINA Oval Jogger Do not attempt any gymnastic or acrobatic maneuvers on the STAMINA Oval Jogger Stop exercising before attempting to dismount the STAMINA Oval Jogger To avoid sprains and broken bones come to a complete stop before dismounting Use the STAMINA Oval Jogger only as described in this manual Always store the STAMINA Oval Jogger indoors in a dry place Secure the STAMINA Oval Jogger against unauthorized and unsupervised use Remove the safety pad before folding the STAMINA Oval Jogger for storage Failure to remove t
