PRODUCTS INC UNF IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL Inversion Therapy Table Model No 55 1531 Pro Inversion System Model Nos 55 1536 1536A and 1536B 55 1531 55 1536 amp 55 1536A 55 1536B During exercise the unit may break at a weld in the center of the Inversion Table causing a person to fall off the Inversion Table and possibly injure himself or herself The Inversion Tables have the name Inversion Therapy Table or Pro Inversion System Only Inversion Tables with the following serial numbers are part of this recall e Inversion Therapy Table OSNOVOO00001 through OSNOV000414 and OSDEC000415 through OSDEC000828 e Pro Inversion System OSSEPOOO0001 through OSSEP000528 O6NOV000001 through O6NOV000528 and O7SEPOO0001 through 07SEP000528 If facing the front of the Inversion Table the serial number is located on the black Stamina label that is to the left of the rubber stopper located on the cross bar If you have one of these Inversion Tables stop using it immediately and contact Stamina Products at 888 STAMINA 888 782 6462 Stamina Products will arrange to pick up the Inversion Table and offer you a replacement or refund If you have any questions regarding this recall you may call 888 STAMINA 888 782 6462
