Digital output e Digital output All Select this if you use the COAXIAL socket to connect the DVD recorder to a stereo receiver that has a built in Multi Channel decoder PCM Select this if the connected audio equipment is not capable of decoding multichannel audio Dolby Digital and MPEG 2 multi channel signals are converted to PCM Pulse Code Modulation Off Select this to deactivate the digital audio output For example if you use the AUDIO OUT sockets to connect the DVD recorder to a TV or Stereo system Underlined option is the factory default setting 96 kHz 96 kHz Select this if the optional audio device is capable of processing digital signal input with sampling rates of 96 kHz 48 kHz Select this if the optional audio device is incapable of processing 96 kHz digital signal input The signal will then be converted to a standard signal with sampling rates of 48 kHz For more information on this menu please see page 29 Setting the language Press to go back to previous menu item Press SYSTEM MENU to exit the menu MRV660 17 Eng40 57 57 9 3 05 10 26 AM 3139 246 XXXXX Setting Access Control About Access Control Access Control limits viewing of discs that exceed the limits you set We cannot guarantee the availability of Access Control with all discs and therefore denies any liability associated with unintended watching

20. for repair If you are unable to remedy a problem by following these hints consult your dealer for help No power The message IS THE TV ON appears on the display panel The buttons on the DVD recorder do not work Remote control does not work 62 MRV660 17 Eng40 Press STANDBY ON button on the front of the DVD recorder to turn on the system Make sure the AC outlet has power The DVD recorder will not operate until you complete the first installation Read chapter Installing the DVD Recorder First Installation for details The DVD recorder may be in Dealer mode all buttons on the front of the DVD recorder are locked To deactivate the dealer mode 1 Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet 2 Press and hold STOP button and OPEN CLOSE A on the front of the recorder while you reconnect the power cord to the power supply 3 As soon as the time or 00 00 appears on the display within 6 10 seconds release the buttons There is a technical problem Disconnect the DVD recorder from the power outlet for 30 seconds then connect again If the DVD recorder still will not operate then reset it to the default factory settings 1 Disconnect the DVD recorder from the power outlet 2 Press and hold down STANDBY ON button on the front of the recorder while reconnecting to the power outlet 3 Release STANDBY ON button when IS THETV ON appears on the display All the information stored in
