11. lts 2 two 5 8 Lock Washers 4 and two 5 8 Curved Washers 5 B Attach the Front Stabilizer 6 to the Main Frame Secure it with two M10 x 3 Carriage Bolts 23 two X Curved Washers 24 and two M10 Acorn Nuts 36 IMPEX INC 7 www impex fitness com STEP 2 A NOTE Extra help may be needed to hold the Front Post 4 while connecting the cables and wires B Remove the M5 x 1 Tension Kobe Screw 18 and V2 Flat Washer 19 from Tension Knob 55 C Insert the Upper Tension Cable on Tension Knob 55 through the opening on Front Post 9 and drop the Upper Tension Cable all the way down to bottom of Front Post D Plug the Tension Knob into the opening and secure it with M5 x 1 Tension Kobe Screw 18 and V Flat Washer 19 E Attach the Front Post 9 to the Main Frame 1 Connect the Middle Computer Wire 51 from the bottom of the Front Post to the Lower Computer Wire 50 from the Main Frame Pull the tension connector from the Upper Tension Cable 55 and slide in between the opening on the connector on the Lower Tension Cable 46 Pull the Upper Tension Cable upward and slide the wire through the slot on the bracket Drop down the Upper Tension Cable so the fitting sits firmly on top of the bracket Secure the Front Post to the Main Frame with four M8 x 5 8 Allen Bolts 47 and four 5 8 Curved Washers 5 T TO IMPEX INC 8 www impex fit
12. ness com IMPEX INC STEP 3 A Remove four M5 x Philips Screws 20 from the Computer 10 B Connect the Middle Computer Wire 51 from Front Post 9 to the computer wire from Computer C Slide the Computer onto the bracket on the Front Post and secure with the four M5 x Philips Screws D Attach the Stationary Handle 11 to Front Post Secure it with two M8 x Allen Bolts 47 and two Curved Washers 5 IMPEX INC 10 www impex fitness com STEP 4 A Do not tighten the Bolts until instructed to do so B Attach the Left Stride Tube 52 to the left axle on Front Post 9 C Secure the Stride Tube to Front Post with one D shaped Washer 29 one Flat x G1 4 Washer 26 one 34 Lock Washer 27 one M10 x Hex Bolt 28 D Cover the Hex Bolt head with a Pivot End Cap 25 E Repeat A B and C to install the Right Stride Tube on the other side IMPEX INC 11 www impex fitness com STEP 5 A Do not tighten all Bolts and Nuts until instructed to so B Place the pivot on bottom of Left Stride Tube 52 to the open bracket on left Pedal Support 41L C Secure the Tube to the Pedal Support with one M10 x 3 Hex Bolt 32 one Sleeve 33 one 7 Flat Washer 37 and one M10 Aircraft Nut 34 D Cover the Hex Bolt and Nut with a Pivot End Cap each E Attach the Left Pedal Support rear pivot to the left Crank
