3. c clamps Not Included May be used FIGURE 1 B Mounting Holes VACUUM ATTACHMENT INSTRUCTIONS The Arrow Saw comes with two Dust HGURE 2 Collector Adapters Use the appropriate size Dust Collector Adapter for the vacuum hose you want to connect 1 Set the ON OFF Switch to the OFF position 2 Unplug the Power Cord from the power source Dust Dust Vacuum Collector Collector Hose 3 If you are using the Small Dust nae Collector Adapter connect the large end to the Dust Collector Figure 2 If you are using the Large Dust Collector Adapter connect the small end to the Dust Collector 4 Firmly insert the vacuum hose end into the open end of the Dust Collector Adapter 5 Make sure all connections between the Arrow Saw Dust Collector Adapter and vacuum hose are secure MEASURING TAPE APPLICATION WARNING Before cleaning assembling or disassembling the Arrow Saw make sure it is turned OFF and the PLUG IS REMOVED FROM THE fy OUTLET POWER SOURCE The Arrow Saw with Dust Collecting Attachment comes without the Measuring Tape applied Carefully follow these instructions to apply the Measuring Tape to ensure you get the best results from your Arrow Saw 1 Place the Arrow Saw on a flat level non skid work surface 2 Clean the front face of the Base to remove any dirt or grime that may have accumulated during manufactu

5. 9 Re install the Blade Spacer and Blade Retaining Nut 10 Re install the Arrow Shaft Guide and Blade Shield CAUTION NEVER OPERATE i aki R taining THE ARROW SAW WITHOUT THE BLADE Blade Nut Base SHIELD SECURELY MOUNTED IN PLACE Spacer The Arrow Saw Cutting Blade rotates at very high speeds It is normal for the Arrow Saw to vibrate during operation If you experience excessive noise and or vibration during operation or blade breakage check all parts to ensure they are properly and securely mounted If the problem continues please contact Customer Service 2 11 8 Secure the Blade Shield to the Arrow Saw with the Thumb Screws 9 Check cutting depth to verify no movement occurred while securing the Arrow Shaft Guide or replacing the Blade Shield 10 Verify the On Off Power Switch is in the OFF position and connect the Arrow Saw to the power source Turn the attached vacuum on 11 Turn on the Arrow Saw and allow a few seconds for the Motor to reach full speed WARNING ALWAYS stand clear of the Cutting Blade during start up 14 Gently guide the arrow shaft into the Cutting Blade Rotate the arrow shaft until it is completely cut Figure 11 15 Carefully remove the cut arrow shaft from the Arrow Shaft Guide and Shaft Position Bracket Be careful to not allow the arrow shaft to further contact the Cutting Blade 16 Turn the Arrow Saw to the OFF Position Turn off the attached vaccuum Disconnect from

9. omer Service 11 Tie back loose hair and clothing roll up long sleeves and remove ties and rings bracelets and other jewelry before operating the Arrow Saw 12 DO NOT use the Arrow Saw if the power cord is frayed or damaged in any way 13 Keep the power cord well clear of the Arrow Saw blade during operation 14 DO NOT operate Arrow Saw while under the influence of drugs or alcohol 15 The Arrow Saw is for household use only Commercial use of the Arrow Saw will void the warranty 16 Only operate the Arrow Saw on a flat stable work surface 17 NEVER install any accessories or parts from other manufacturers on the Arrow Saw Doing so may damage the unit and will void the warranty 18 ALWAYS make sure the Cutting Blade is properly secured before operating the Arrow Saw Always stand clear of the Cutting Blade during start up 19 ALWAYS clean the area near the Cutting Blade Keep it clear of dust and debris to prevent damaging the blade 20 Wear eye protection at all times while the Arrow Saw is in use Everyday eye glasses are not safety glasses Safety glasses confirm to ANSI Z87 z requirements Approved safety glasses have Z87 printed or stamped on them SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS Refer to them to instruct others 12 Place the nock insert end of the arrow shaft into the notch in the Shaft Position Bracket Figure 8 13 Gently guide the end of the arrow shaft to be cut into the Cutting Blade unti
