3. 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 WARNING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS USE SELF LOCKING HARDWARE E e LT BARRA k Fede e Pae maen deha parom to evice being mounted Position Adapter Plate to the ere ee bottom of the device Note that the orientation of the Adaptor Plates should be such that when the 2 Adapter Plates are assembled the slots on the outer plate will be running side to side OUTER ADAPTER PLATE 2 Line up device mounting holes with holes slots on respective Adapter Plate 3 Use device mounting screws to mount Adapter Plate to device Tighten to manufacturer s recommended torque screws not provided 4X 1 4 20 X 5 8 PHMS 4 Position the remaining Adapter Plate to the top of the motion device 5 Align motion device mounting holes with holes slots on remaining Adapter Plate 6 Use motion device mounting screws to mount the second Adapter Plate to the motion device Tighten to manufacturer s recommended torque screws only provided for Havis C MD 200 series an UA SAU THREADEB INSERT 7 Once one Adapter Plate is assembled to the device to be mounted and the other is mounted to the motion device bring 2 Adapter Plates together and align threaded inserts from Inner Plate with slots on side flanges of the Outer Plate 8 Assemble 4X 1 4 20 X 5 8 PHMS through holes and into threaded inserts Leave screws loose until all are started into threaded inserts If space limitations do not allow for the installation
