Call e Press the key that you have programmed as your Speed Call key 65 Tag Call Tag Call allows you to signal that you are the victim of a threatening or malicious call Using the tag your system administrator or Telephone Company can identify the source of the call and provide this information to appropriate personnel or authorities CAUTION Tagging a non malicious call may result in fines or other penalties To tag a malicious call 1 Press the programmed Tag Call key while the call is in progress For information on how to program keys see to Programming Features On Your Keys OR 2 Press Trans Conf 3 Dial the appropriate feature access code If the call was successfully tagged Thank You is shown on the display otherwise Not Allowed is displayed Note Tag Call can be used on active two party calls only Calls on hold and conference calls cannot be tagged USING THE 5235 IP PHONE WITH 5310 IP CONFERENCE UNIT The 5235 IP Phone uses the 5310 IP Conference Unit for conferencing You use the Conference Controller to turn the conference unit off or on to adjust the volume or to put the conference unit into Presentation mode You can only run one Conference Controller session at a time If the 5310 Conference Unit is not connected to the 5235 the Conference Controller application is not available 66 Access the Conference Controller To access the Conference Controller 1 Open the Application shutter

Use the Settings shutter to customize your 5235 IP Phone 21 Specify Display Brightness and Contrast You can adjust the brightness and display contrast either via the 5235 IP Phone volume controls when the phone is idle or via the Settings shutter To adjust the display contrast using the volume controls e Repeatedly press the volume control buttons located below the speaker to adjust the contrast Press the up button to increase contrast and the down button to decrease contrast Note You can use this method only when the phone is idle If the phone is ringing this action adjusts the ring volume If the phone is in use this action adjusts the handset headset and speakerphone volume To adjust the display brightness and contrast using the Settings information 1 Open the Settings shutter 2 Press the scroll buttons z until the Brightness and Contrast setting is listed 3 Press the Brightness and Contrast setting 4 Press the scroll buttons z to adjust the brightness and contrast of your screen If the arrow is disabled you have adjusted the setting as far as possible in this direction 5 Press the Save button Note Press Cancel at any time to exit this shutter without making any changes 22 Specify User Information To specify the phone number displayed on your 5235 IP Phone 1 Open the Settings shutter 2 Press the scroll buttons 2 until the User Information shutter label
