Wrap off the cabinet It is secured to the pallet with two screws one at the front to the left and one in the back to the right Loosen these screws from the inside and keep them They can be used if you need to secure the cabinet to a wall Remove the scratch protection on the upper part of the doors NOTE We recommend that the cabinet is installed on a firm and leveled floor Place the cabinet so that the hanging frame can rotate and that there is enough space in front of the cabinet and on the sides see picture below If needed the hanging frame can be turned se page 9 El E LI u El Min 700 mm Please observe that the front panel on the top must have at least 175 mm free space above in order to take off the top to perform service Assembling the feet The feet of the cabinet are assembled from the outside at the bottom of the cabinet It can be adjusted from the inside with the help of a Hex Key All feet must stand free on the floor and have an even weight distribution please note that you cannot tilt the cabinet Use a leveler and control that the cabinet is lev eled horizontally and vertically Narrow spaces If the cabinet must be transported through narrow spaces we recommend that you take off the doors first It will simplify the handling and reduces the risk for damages on the doors Demounting of the top To simplify the transport of the cabinet the top can be de mounted see the
3. air In order to make the cabinet work properly it is very important that there is enough incoming air in the room The incoming air must be at least 200 m hour If the cabinet is placed in a room where the incoming air isn t enough we recommend that you install an air exchanger Con tact the manufacturer for more information Ventilation channel design IMPORTANT Always make the channels as short as pos sible NOTE If a drying cabinet is installed in an old ventilation channel please clean the channel properly In order to make the cabinet work properly the incoming air flow must be enough The amount of evacuated air per hour is depending on how high the pressure fall in the ventilation channel is Material design and the length of the channel have a large im pact on the air flow In order to get the best possible perfor mance the pressure fall shall be as low as possible When the air is transported through the channel it is exposed the whole time to different kind of resistance Factors that give a low pressure fall e Smooth inner walls on the pipe e Large diameter on the pipe e Short length on the pipe e Few curves e Few angels 90 degrees 935897 Evacuated amount of air and pressure fall In order to get the drying cabinet to work properly the ventila tion channel shall be designed to get an out coming air flow from the cabinet of 150 m h When the cabinet is installed to an existing channe
4. instructions below 1 Loosen the two screws which hold the front panel of the top 2 Push the panel upwards 3 Disconnect the cables connected to the LCD and maneuver panel from the mother board Loosen the bulb s connection plinth marked Light 4 From the inside of the cabinet loosen both service hatches which cover the fans 5 screws on each service hatch 5 Lift off the top 935897 CAUTION There must be two persons to lift the top in a safe way Don t try to do it on your own the weight is 30 kg 935897 Step 2 Fasten the cabinet to the wall The screws and washers that secured the cabinet during trans port can be used again when you want to make sure the cabinet will not tilt You will find the fastening points in the back plates See picture Use the stoppers and washers if the cabinet can not stand tight to the wall Please control that the cabinet still is leveled and cannot be tilted Step 3 Connect the cabinet to the ventila tion channel For further instructions se page 13 Demands for ventilation e Do not use ventilation channels made of plastic or foil e Place the cabinet so that the ventilation channel becomes as short as possible e Make sure that the ventilation channel is cleaned when a new cabinet is installed e Usea 125 mm rigid or flexible metal duct to the evacuation connection e If you use rigid ducts it is important that the male connec tor of the

C Use manual program mode for clothes that shall be dried in lower temperatures Start program o auto ey Push button 5 to start the cabinet Pause program To pause a working program open the doors The drying time is paused The cabinet will start automatically when the doors are closed again If the doors are left open for longer than 10 minutes the program is interrupted Interrupt a program To interrupt a working program push the START STOP button 5 Cool down All programs both manual and automatic ones have a cool down phase of 15 minutes This time is in the chosen time when you chose the manual programs During cool down the clothes are reconditioned and the drying cabinet is cooled downed Time and temperature cannot be changed If the doors are opened during the cool down the fans will con tinue This is the normal procedure CAUTION If a program is interrupted before the cool down has finished the ceiling of the cabinet could be very hot 535897 16 Maintenance Installation during winter If the cabinet shall be installed a cold winter day below 0 C and has been out in the cold we recommend that it is kept inside a few hours before use Take good care of the cabinet Only use a damp cloth with a mild detergent when cleaning the cabinet Never use solvent to clean the display Ventilation system Loosen the ventilation pipe on the cabinet every year and clean if neces

7. ang ing levels Fasten both bolts Put the frame back in and put the pole on the upper tap Lower the pole so that it fits to the lower stearing tap Fasten the Hex Key bolt on the upper hanging level Control that the frame can be turned and that the stop function works properly also in the outer positions 935897 12 Requirements for ventilation A drying cabinet produces inflammable dust To minimize the risk for fire the evacuation of the cabinet must be connected to a ventilation channel that blows out the air Never let the evacuated air into a room or a surrounding where there is a risk for ignition Do not use ventilation channels in plastic or fire dangerous material Ventilation channel choice of material Ventilation channel ducts connections etc are not included The ventilation channels shall be at least 125 mm in diameter and should not have channels or similar on the inside We recommend that the ventilation system is built with rigid metal ducts for best result Flexible evacuating ducts for drying cabinets can also be used NOTE Never use flexible ducts through walls or other cov ered areas NOTE Do not screw or nit the ventilation channel so that the screws will come through the inside of the pipe This construction will gather dust and deteriorate the cabinet s performance The channel shall always be separated from the other ventila tion in the house 13 Requirements for incoming
8. e electrical connection is done correctly 935897 10 Turn the hanging frame The hanging frame can be turned Follow the steps below 1 Loosen the upper Hex Key bolt which holds the upper hanging level 5 Unconnect the two cables which go from the keypad and LCD to the main control board 6 Lift up the plate and remove the cables Connect the ca 2 Lift up the hanging frame and hook it off the tap below bles to the card again Put aside 7 Before the suport plate is assembled on the other side of 3 Loosen and push the panel on the top the cabinet loosen the five torx screws on the left hand side 8 Put the support plate on the side to which the hanging frame will be moved 9 Re assemble the torx screws Thereafter fasten the bolts upper stearing tap and the stop plate 10 Put the front panel back on again 11 Loosen and move also the lower tap to the opposite side 12 To get the arms on the frame on the same level each hang ing level must be turned upside down Loosen the upper hanging level from the frame 4 Loosen the three bolts the upper stearing tap and nut and the five torx screws which hold the plate and which support the stop plate The drawings below shows where these parts are 11 535897 13 Rotate the hanging level 180 and fasten it again Leave the upper bolt on the pole unmounted 14 15 16 17 Repeat the same moment with the three remaining h
9. hange temperature or time during drying Temperature and time can be adjusted as the drying process is on and the program is in the heating phase When the cabinet switches to cool down neither time nor temperature can be changed Read more about cool down below Interrupt a program To interrupt a working program push the START STOP button 5 Automatic program mode HITS Humidity Tracking System The drying cabinet is equipped with the function HTS Humid ity Tracking System This function is activated in the automatic program mode The drying time adjusts to the laundry in the cabinet and is controlled by a humidity sensor To choose automatic program mode Choose automatic program mode by pushing button 2 The cabinet has two automatic programs wardrobe dry and iron dry By choosing either of those programs the drying time is adjusted automatically 935897 Program wardrobe dry When automatic mode is activated the program wardrobe dry is set as first choice Cupboard dry means that the clothes are completely dry when the program is finished Program iron dry To change automatic program push button no 2 once more Program iron dry dries the clothes until about 15 residual moisture is left in the textiles Use this program when you have clothes that shall be ironed or mangled directly after the drying Automatic programs temperature Automatic program uses the maximum temperature of 80
10. l system the cabinet can be calibrated to optimize the air flow In order to gain this air flow the pressure fall must not exceed 55 Pa By an airflow of 150 m h and a diameter of the pipe of 125 mm this corresponds to a straight smooth ventilation channel of 44 m Pressure fall estimation The counter pressure in the ventilation channel can be mea sured with the help of a pressure meter The measuring point shall be placed by the cabinets evacuating outlet In order to estimate the pressure fall without meter equipment the following facts can be used We recommend e Identify the ventilation channel s incoming components in the air flow direction e Check the part pressure fall for each component in the table e Calculate the total amount for the pressure fall by adding each part pressure fall The table shows the most common components in a ventila tion system The information in the table shall be considered as approximate data For more information contact the manufac turer of the parts of the system Please note that the data in the table are for an air flow of 150 m h Part pressure fall Component Circular channel 125 160 125 125 125 190 160 160 160 240 125 till 160 160 till 125 Example 6 m long 125 mm channel with 3 pipe curves which gives an estimated pressure fall of 6x1 3 3x3 16 8 Pa Pipe bends 90 Pa bend Pa reduction Reduction Increase the outgoing air flow The dryi
11. net for what it is designed for drying clothes Always turn off the main switch before performing any ser vice on the cabinet Only authorized service technicians should perform service Always follow the installation manual The electrical con nections must be done by authorized personnel Keep after the cabinet If it is exposed for violence there is a risk that certain security functions will stop working Please contact your nearest service partner if you are un sure of the cabinet s status If the electrical cable is damaged it must immediately be changed by a person with electrical authorization The doors shall always be shut when the cabinet is in use Don t try to manipulate the lock of the doors It can lead to personal injuries If the cabinet doesn t stop when the doors are opened during the drying phase call for service The cabinet shall not be used if the drying program is ac tive when the doors are open Look after the area around the evacuating pipe so it is clean from dust and dirt To get the best drying result follow the garments washing amp drying advice Never use the cabinet if any panel is broken or removed Never use the cabinet if any parts are broken or if the inside is broken Never try to manipulate or connect past any safety func tions If the cabinet isn t assembled after the manufacturer s in structions there is a risk that the cabinet can cause per sonal injuries or inju
12. ng cabinet gets its air from the small space between the doors and the cabinet An increased incoming air flow gives automatically an increased outflow The doors are kept in place by two magnets which both are assembled to a bracket To increase the incoming air flow loosen the two screws on the bracket and push it forward 535897 14 Increase the outgoing air flow The cabinets function and automatic programs are optimized for the recommended air flow of 150 m3 h If the design of the ventilation is made so that evacuated air flow exceeds 150 m3 h the evacuation can be throttled with help of a damper The damper is placed below the slipstream In order to reach the damper loosen the right service hatch from the inside Loosen the two bolts which lock the damper Push it along side the track so evacuated air flow is throttled to the optimized level NOTE If the highest allowed level of air pressure is exceed ed an extra fan is needed If you don t use an extra fan the drying result is effected negatively The drying cabinet is prepared for an extra fan Contact your local dealer or the manufacturer for more information User manual Fill the cabinet To get the best drying result try to dry the same type of mate rial with the same thickness at the same time Distribute the clothing evenly in the cabinet Never fill the cabinet with more than 8 kg laundry dry weight The most heat sensitive garment decides h
