21. 2013 Edit Forms The Edit Form contains the fields for entering and editing data The buttons for saving canceling deleting printing and in some cases adding and editing are available at the top right of the page See the Data Fields and Button section for additional details on the function of these buttons e f you clicked the L4 _ Add button to enter new information into a form the Edit Form data fields will be blank e When selecting the Select button to view existing data the Edit form data fields will display the data entered selected previously These fields may be modified if needed CalOMS User Manual 19 Video Manual PLEASE READ In order to report Recurring Services correctly there must be a recipient actually receiving a service This is why Groups reflecting demographics are linked to Recurring Services and why the only CSAP strategies and corresponding services delivered that can be chosen are those that require demographics For example repeat activities such as meetings other than FNL chapter meetings should be reported as Single Services as Multi Agency Coordination Collaboration in the Non Demographic panel as there is not a recipient y receiving a service Please contact the CalOMS Py Help Desk at 916 552 8933 if assistance is needed determining which activities are considered Recurring Services vs Single Services Hide Page Info ASAS SSA Indicate
