4. ement Card The detailed procedure is as following A Power off the card reader and short connect pins 1 and 2 of J1 by socket cap B Power on the card reader then it will send out indicating sound of DI DI then red LD1 indicator flashing now it enters into setting of management card C Punch the first card and the correct indicating sound is a long sound of DI meanwhile unlock red indicator of LD3 will flash one time which means the success of setting first management of adding card Now this card is management card Punch the second card and the correct indicating sound is a long sound of DI meanwhile unlock red indicator of LD3 will flash one time which means the success of setting first management of removing card If second card is wrong or with same number of first card there will be with wrong indicating sound of three short DI DI DI and now the second management card can be set again E After two card are successfully set and now if the third card is punched there will be 3 short indicating sound of DI DI DI anyway it will not affect the cards which were set already F After management cards are set remove socket cap 1 and 2 of J1 and put them to 2 and 3 pins Now the system will be with indicating sound of DI DI and red indicator of LD3 will become on all the way which means the system has come back to normal work status and setting of management cards is finished 5 2 Adding U
5. sers Cards A When card reader is at normal working status punch the management adding card and now there will be 3 long indicating sound of DI DI DI and green indicator LD2 will turn on which means the system enters into status of adding users card B Now punch the cards required and everytime when each user s card is added successfully there will be with a long sound of DI and unlock indicator LD3 will flash one time which means next user s card can be added ID CARD READER 2 USER S MANUAL C After all users cards are added successfully punch the management adding card to exit the status of adding users cards Now the card reader will collate sequence After it there will be 3 long indicating sound of DI DI DI which means success of adding cards and green indicator LD2 turn off to go back normal working status Notice Each card can be only punched for one time otherwise there will be with 3 short wrong indicating sound of DI DI DI and now user s card can be added again Every interval time of adding user s card can t be more than 30 seconds otherwise the system will go back to normal working status 3 Removing Users s Cards A When the system is at normal working status punch the management removing card Now there will be 3 long indicating sound of DI DI DI and indicator green light of Ld2 will flash all the time which means it can remove the users cards now
