File Rebuild amp File Compaction Utility Ee ZJ j Support Password Required A PASSWORD is required to perform this operation Contact TRIMS Technical Support at 800 608 7467 ext 1 for Assistance System Utilities 55 Custom Report Writer The Custom Report Writer enables you to extract information quickly and easily from your system s database file to create customized reports and provides you with a powerful ad hoc query that will enable you to verify the contents of a database file Introduction Although your system contains numerous standard reports from time to time you may need to create a report with specific information We have provided the Custom Report Writer to give you the capability and flexibility to produce up to the minute reports from information contained within your system s database using parameters that you specify Simply choose the data file to be reported select the fields to be included and print the report Additional features of the Custom Report Writer include column formatting column arithmetic operations column sub totals and grand totals Multiple selection criteria provide a full range of logical selections allowing you to extract just the information you want Once you have completed a particular report you can save its specifications and interactively edit it before printing your final report Existing report specifications may be recalled at a future time edited w
