This assumes that the specified DSA will accept an Anonymous Bind If the specified DSA requires simple authentication then select the Simple Bind radio button Once selected the User Name and Password fields will become selectable Enter the required data in the respective fields Once all required data has been entered select the Check button to determine if the tool can bind to the specified DSA If a bind is successful the following pop up window is displayed cpeMigrationT ool a D DSA connection successfull If a bind is unsuccessful the following pop up window is displayed cpeMigrationTool Could not connect to OSA Check IP port values If simple bind is chosen also check user name and password DSA error code 81 Check that the entered data is correct and that the DSA is operational and retry Conversion Tab The configuration parameters on this tab specify the site unique identifier optional that will be added to the Message Transfer System Identifier MTSID of each migrated message and the ORAddress and Distinguished Name DN of the AMHS recipient that will receive the migrated message s When migrating a message the tool has to build an XML representation of the DMS message P1 envelope As part of this process the existing P1 recipient information will be replaced with the entered information on this tab This Rev 1 2 16 May 2005 will ensure delivery to the correct AMHS mailbox when t

9. w Channel value E E x400 Decoder Diagnostic Trace Path T Enable Trace Output coc x NOTE At this folder location messages will be placed in a Messages sub folder attachments associated with each message will be placed in an Attachment sub folder and an error log will be placed in an Error sub folder If any of these sub folders do not exist the tool will create them automatically Select the up or down arrow buttons in the Channel Value section to specify the XML channel number that will be placed in the filename of all XML messages that are generated AMHS CP XP message naming convention uses the CP XP XML channel number in the name of all XML messages that are generated To ensure compatibility with the AMHS CP XP system that will receive the migrated messages the tool holds to the same XML file naming convention Typically for DMS this value is 2 Failed Message Migration If problems are encountered during the message migration process see the section titled Migrate Message the X 400 Decoder Diagnostic Trace option can be used to help diagnose problems This option should only be used on a single Rev 1 2 24 May 2005 message basis as it generates a large log file and only on messages that have previously failed migration Select the Enable Trace Output radio button on the Conversion tab to enable this option Select the button in the Path section to specify where the diagnosti
