Moderation Advice Label Printer SE Data file aN Preferences nA Preview Se Fa 4 e k Moderation Advice This application is used for printing panel advice to schools onto laser inkjet sticky labels supplied by your QCAA District Coordinator It generates three copies of the comments for printing and adhering to the official QCAA moderation forms While all three copies are required on the Form R6 used at Verification original duplicate and triplicate only two copies of the comments are required on the Form R3 used at Monitoring original and duplicate Left mouse click on the Data file button above to create or open a data file and begin writing your comments As much as possible your comments should be contained to the label After printing the labels for a school place one sticky label onto each copy of either the Form R3 or Form R6 and remember to sign in pen ensuring all copies are signed Please consult the user manual PDF document with included screen shots for a tutorial on using this application See your District Coordinator for additional labels Copyright c 2006 2009 Blaiseware ModAdvice is a disc based application rather than a memory based one like a word processor This means you need to name and save your data file before writing any comments Details are saved to disc automatically as you make changes to each school record there is no need to save changes as you go This is different to the way a2.
