10.                                                                            152mm   6 0 in              50 mm     00                 Do not drop or jolt the drive when moving or lifting the drive  Use    fork lift  truck or similar means for lifting and transporting the drive  Use a sling that  equalizes the load at the pickup points  Use a spreader bar if the angle of the sling    is less than 45 degrees relative to horizontal     Figure 66   Lifting the Drive    45 Min                                                                                                     Front View    Lifting Hole       Right Side View    Rockwell Automation Publication 21VW IN001D EN P   July 2013    Mechanical Installation Chapter 3    Follow these steps to lift and mount the drive     1  Attach a sling with safety hooks or clevis clamps to the two lifting holes at  the top of the drive  Verify that the angle of the sling is not less than 45    degrees relative to horizontal     2  Usean overhead or portable hoist to attach a free fall chain to the chain  secured to the drive  Take up any vertical slack in the chain     3  Use the hoist to lift the drive from the horizontal shipping pallet   4  Position the drive     5  Attach the drive toa vertical surface by using the mounting holes provided   Use washers under the bolt heads     Watts Loss Table 18 lists watts loss data for PowerFlex 70 and 700 packages for fan and pump  applications running at full load  full speed  and a factory default P
