Osiris Energy Osiris10 Wind Turbine and Tower Five Years Limited Warranty Osiris Energy offers five years limited warranty for Osiris10 wind turbine and tower with the following terms and conditions If due to a defect in design material and workmanship under normal use for which it is intended the wind turbine or tower fails during the period of five years after the date of commissioning and Osiris Energy receives a written claim which shows the product becomes defective within the valid warranty period in a reasonable circumstances then Osiris may at its option i provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product ii repair the product or replace it with a comparable product It is hereby understood that Osiris shall not be responsible for the installation of replacement parts or replacement products Osiris shall cover the reasonable shipping charge for shipping the replacement parts and products to the original shipping address provided that avalid Warranty Certificate was returned to Osiris by the Installer within 10 working days of and received by Osiris within 1 month of the commissioning date all installation commissioning servicing and maintenance was carried out and provided by an Osiris Certified Installer in accordance with Osiris Installation and Commissioning Procedures the turbine tower and any associated system in which it is incorporated was taken out of service immediately on the defect becoming
