Switch RE A New Fluid Tank Holds 30 gallons Flowmeter Automatic Shutoff Nozzle Water Bath Nozzle Holder Ensures proper function of the vacuum shutoff 5 Caster Wheels Allow easy transport of the machine 5 Locking Caster Wheels Front wheels lock to prevent unwanted rolling on non level surfaces 10 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS SETUP Connect red and black battery cables to Fill the DEF8000 with new DEF using the vehicle s battery cap port on the back of the machine The tank is capable of holding 30 gallons of new DEF OPERATION Move switch on the front panel of the ma Using the nozzle fill the vehicle s DEF res When DEF fill is complete place the nozzle chine in the FILL position The pump will ervoir with new DEF fluid The nozzle has back into the water bath on the side of the begin to run in bypass when the switch is a built in vacuum shut off feature that will machine to ensure proper function of the actuated shut off the flow of DEF when the vehicle s vacuum shutoff reservoir is full Return switch on the front panel of the Disconnect red and black battery cables The water bath can be easily drained and machine to the OFF position from the vehicle s battery refilled using the ball valve at the bottom of the tube Simply fill the tube with water and open the ball valve to drain it and peri odically change the water in the bath 11 REPLACEMENT P
