Y Pivot Quick Mount Kit Part 24000 User Manual Rev April 2006 Copyright 2006 Wedge Clamp Systems Inc 24000 Pivot Quick Mount Kit User Manual YT vV The Pivot Quick Mount Kit is designed to mount the Pivot Measuring System on almost any vehicle The two clamp assemblies form a rigid and accurate mounting structure for the Pivot Measuring System Each Kit consists of one fixed mount assembly one adjustable mount assembly one triangle square edge and one pair of Honda adapter plates 1 Locate suitable mounting position on vehicle pinch weld and mount either assembly first Fit the top edge squarely against the bottom of the rocker panel Tighten with 19mm or 4 socket or wrench 2 Using a triangle or a square edge check that the clamp assembly is square to the rocker panel Loosen and re tighten bolt if necessary W copyrion 2006 Wedge Clamp Systems Inc 24000 Pivot Quick Mount Kit User Manual 3 Measure this clamp assembly from a fixed reference point on the vehicle Transfer this measurement when mounting the clamp assembly on the other side The fixed assembly would usually be on the passenger side but may be switched if desired 4 The adjustable assembly is supplied in the center position and there is approximately 10mm of adjustment 5mm in each direction 5 Using a 13mm or Y socket or wrench turn the adjusting bolt A in t2. e in a reverse position from the original clamp assembly as shown in 9 13 Attach the Honda adapter clamps onto the vehicle s horizontal pinchweld in the same locations on the left and right sides of the vehicle 14 The Pivot Quick Mount can then be mounted onto the Honda adapter plates on the vehicle in the same way as shown in 3 above For assistance please contact Wedge Clamp Tel 1 800 615 9949 or 604 207 9595 Fax 604 207 9593 Email info wedgeclamp com W ovyrignt 2006 Wedge Clamp Systems Inc
