Click gt button found on the bottom of the form or gt found on the menu bar A blank form appears o Onthe bottom of the screen you will find the total number of applicants already registered o Enter a new application number on the LTO Application No field Fill in the rest of the APPLICANT data in the form Drug registration and information system To save your data move the record forward or backward using the gt or buttons on the bottom of the form or on the menu bar When finished close the window by clicking the x on the top of the form The Establishments Licensing system MAIN MENU reappears
