7. tatements    insert before using your product        Page 5    WARNING     Failure to follow these warnings and    assembly instructions could result in  serious injury or death     READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLING CRIB   KEEP THE MANUAL FOR FUTURE USE     A WARNING       Strings can cause strangulation  Do not place items with a string  around a child   s neck  such as hood strings or pacifier cords  do  not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys     DO NOT place a crib near a window where cords from blinds or  drapes may strangle a child      Keep wall decoration  especially those with strings  completely  out of a child   s reach      Before each usage or assembly  inspect crib for damaged  hardware  loose joints  missing parts or sharp edges  DO NOT  use the crib if any parts are missing or broken  Ask your dealer or  contact babymod for replacement parts and instructional literature  if needed  DO NOT substitute parts      Check fasteners periodically for tightness  Do not overtighten   This may cause distortion or breakage    e When a child is able to climb out  reaches the height of 35 inches   90cm  or when the height of the side rail is less than 3 4 of the  child s height  the child should be placed in a youth or regular bed     After raising sides  make sure latches are secure    e DO NOT leave child in crib with sides lowered  Be sure sides are in  raised and locked position whenever child is in crib      If refinishing  use only a non toxic
