INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Leas Tech Support L DGLOW 856 168 5700 EXT 2 k J TechSupport LEDGlow com MILLION COLOR LED WHEEL WELL KIT Warning Please check you state and local laws before installing the kit Every state has different policies and procedures for aftermarket accessories LEDGlow is not responsible for any fines that you may receive while using the underbody kit This kit is for off road use only Warning The installation of this kit is recommended to be installed by a licensed professional The improper installation of this kit will void all warranties The Distribution Block must be installed in a dry location Having this part exposed to water or the elements will cause the kit s controller to fail Any water damage or corrosion to this part will VOID all warranties Please read the following instructions thoroughly before installing your kit 1 2 3 on 10 11 12 13 Lower the vehicle if it was raised and test out your new kit Arrange the tubes out on the ground the way you plan to install them on the vehicle Test the kit to ensure proper functionality before installing by going through all of the color options and patterns Raise and support the vehicle if necessary Remove the vehicles wheels if necessary This step is completely optional Start with the front left tube and mount it with plenty of clearance from heat and moving parts It can be mounted in the top of the wheel well or on t
3. adding a new grommet which is available at any auto parts store Be sure to install a fuse within 6 inches of the power source Fuse is not included if you have to extend the wires If you connect it up to a switched source then it may not remember the color and pattern it was last on If you connect it up to a constant source it will remember the last color and pattern it was on The kit will stay on until you turn it off Do not run the wire through the door jam or the wire could be pinched and could create future problems If you are running the wire to the fuse block LEDGlow recommends that you install the wire using an add a circuit which is available at any auto parts store as well Connect the black wire up to a good ground source under the dash at a main bracket or grounding block If it is under the hood you can go directly to the battery or any engine ground Next mount the junction cable on the firewall away from heat and in a dry location The junction block must be mounted away from all weather conditions Corrosion to the junction cable will void all warranties and may cause controller failure Starting with the rear wheel tubes run the wires to the location of the distributor cable Make sure to secure the wires tightly when going around any suspension parts and exhaust When running the wires go up above the inner wheel well so that there is no chance of the wire falling onto the tire while driving Leave at least 10 inches between

5. he side The tube is flexible and can be contoured with the wheel well itself Leave at least 10 inches between the exhaust and the tube Also be sure to keep all the tubes away from any suspension parts You can use the provided wire ties to hold the tubes up in place Do the same with the remaining 3 tubes It is very important to ensure that all of the wires do not come in contact with any heat or moving parts If the wheels were removed in step 2 please reinstall them in accordance to factory specifications After the tubes are installed turn the wheel back and forth several times to ensure clearance You do not want the tubes to touch the tire when the vehicle is turning Find a safe secure and dry position to mount the control box We recommend mounting the control box inside the vehicle if possible and running the distributor cable through the firewall If this is not possible then we suggest putting the box under the hood in the driest place available The control box is not designed to be mounted under the hood and will void the warranty if it is not mounted inside the cabin of the vehicle It may be necessary to apply a coating of silicon on the seams of the box to seal it Connect the red wire up to a 12 volt source Be sure to only use a 14 or 16 gauge automotive grade wire if you need to extend the power wire If you are running the wire to the battery it must go through the firewall by using an existing grommet or by drilling a hole and
6. lusive remedy and LEDGlow s sole obligation is to supply or pay for all labor necessary to repair any Product found to be defective within the warranty period and to supply new or rebuilt replacements for defective parts LEDGlow will refund the purchase price for such Product only if repair or replacement fails to remedy the defect Purchaser s failure to make a claim as provided in paragraph 1 above or continued use of the Product shall constitute an unqualified acceptance of such Product and a waiver by Purchaser of all claims thereto 3 EXCEPTIONS TO LIMITED WARRANTY LEDGlow shall have no obligation to Purchaser with respect to any Product that is subjected to any of the following abuse improper use negligence accident modification failure to follow the operating procedures outlined in the user s manual failure to follow the maintenance procedures in the service manual for the Product attempted repair by non qualified personnel operation of the Product outside of the published environmental and electrical parameters or if the Product s original identification trademark serial number markings have been defaced altered or removed LEDGlow excludes from warranty coverage Products sold AS IS and or WITH ALL FAULTS LEDGlow also excludes from warranty coverage any consumable items such as fuses and batteries All software and accompanying documentation furnished with or as part of the Product is furnished AS IS i e without any warranty
7. repaired or replaced Product freight prepaid to the Purchaser LEDGlow does not provide Purchasers with temporary replacement units during the warranty period or at any other time This limited warranty is non transferrable and will automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser resells the Product or transfers the vehicle on which the Product is installed An original retail consumer purchaser is a person who originally purchases the Product or a gift recipient of a new Product that is in its original packaging and unopened This limited warranty is subject to all of the following terms and conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1 NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS WARRANTY SERVICE If Purchaser believes that a Product is defective in material or workmanship written notice with an explanation of the claim shall be given promptly by Purchaser to LEDGlow All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and any Products returned to LEDGlow must be shipped in accordance with LEDGlow s procedures including use of RMA numbers supplied by LEDGlow after notification The repair or replacement of any Product or part thereof shall not extend the original warranty period The specific warranty on the repaired part only shall be in effect for a period of ninety 90 days following the repair or replacement of that part or the remaining period of the Product warranty whichever is greater 2 EXCLUSIVE REMEDY ACCEPTANCE Purchaser s exc
