TROUBLE SHOOTING cont Avery Weigh Tronix Common Messages for Operators The most common error messages that might come up on the screen during normal operation are given in the table below ERROR MESSAGE 69 Can t subtract weight 69 Scale in motion 69 Scale not at zero Unable to zero scale 69 Scale zero has drifted 69 No passenger display PAGE 14 WHAT MEANS The weight you want to subtract is more than the total OR The bag count is already at zero The weight is moving so no reading can be fixed Scale has not returned to zero since last bag added Something is on the scale impeding it OR The scale needs to be calibrated The scale has not returned to the zero range for at least 60 minutes No connection to the Passenger Display Panel WHAT TO DO Press the C button to clear memory Try again Check for binds or something touching against the scale base Wait until the scale settles Then press the key again Remove all bags from scale wait for scale to return to zero Then continue as normal Clear obstructions or recalibrate the scale Remove any weight on the scale and press the zero key Check the Operator Passenger Cable connections Replace the AWTX25 500626 serial cable Replace the Passenger Display Panel www averyweigh tronix com Avery Weigh Tronix BI920 BAGGAGE INDICATOR MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
