4. 2 Trim capability for burner and boiler applications The Delphi YP900A Combustion Efficiency Panel is a completed panel assembly which consists of RM7840L1075 burner safety controller with wiring subbase and S7800A1142 Keyboard Display module built in industrial panel PC with touchscreen display and a ABC900A loop and logic controller for load and O3 trim control Also included in the YP900A Combustion Efficiency Panel assembly are O2 Sensor with mounting accessories and Hall effect speed sensor with tachometer 66 1191 02 YP900A DELPHI COMBUSTION EFFICIENCY PANEL Functions provided by the Delphi YP900A Combustion The Display ABC900A controller and RM7840L burner safety Efficiency Panel assembly include automatic burner controller all communicate to provide accurate control and sequencing with VPS Valve Proving System flame time in commissioning and runtime modes During runtime supervision status and system diagnostic indications Also mode the display is used for monitoring shutdown manual included are Fuel Air ratio control with O trim to provide control and setpoint changes The ABC900A loop and logic complete combustion and PID modulating load control for controller and RM7840L1075 burner safety controller are firing rate plus low fire hold capability responsible for the runtime operation COMMISSIONING The following screen descriptions are provided so that you can understand the purpose of each and view the selections p
