12. e The opening for gas connection is designed only for use with external connecting pipe with a cap nut G 3 4 fitted with gasket that is resistant to the used gases e In order to assure correct working pressure install near each machine an external gas pressure reducing valve regulator the function of which is to adjust the pressure inside the piping to the specified operating pressure the valve is not supplied with the machine o Installation of the reduction valve is necessary in case that the gas connection pressure exceeds the permitted value o The gas connecting operating pressure stated in the table 3 7 1 is the pressure of gas at open gas valve and stable burning of the gas burner e Install a manual gas valve on an easily accessible place in such distance that the length of the piping from the valve to the connecting point of the machine is lower than 2m max e Install a pressure gauge between the machine pressure reducing valve and the manual valve The pressure gauge serves the purpose of inspecting the pressure value e The piping between the manual valve and the machine must be fixed and of sufficient gas flow necessary for each machine Make sure that the inside diameter of the incoming pipe connected to the machine is not smaller than 1 2 min 12 7 mm which applies to the whole length of the pipe The connections must always be fitted with a leak proof sealing of a material that is resistant to the utilized gas
