IOS USER GUIDE The iOS App is a little different from the android App D How to Connect GHOST with G BOX and iOS App Communication Method The iPhone connects with the G BOX via Wi Fi connection Then the G BOX connects to GHOST through its data transmission module How to Connect 1 Turn on G BOX the left LED light under DATA displays in blue Then turn the iPhone s Wi Fi switch on 2 Search the G BOX on iPhone The label of each G BOX is made up with 6 digits of letters and numbers Type in the Wi Fi password please refer to the user manual When the connec tion is successfully established there appears a V eecee Carrier 4G 8 08 AM 75 Gt lt Settings Wi Fi Wi Fi C 3 Enter the smart phone App a Wi Fi connection confirmation dialogue pops up Tap OK and connect The Wi Fi icon displays at the top left of the App user interface when connected and the left LED light under DATA goes off IS lO DISTANCE HEIGHT SPEED Welcome to the World of Ehang GHOST Please connect your iOS device to EHang s Wi Fi hotspot NOTE 1 Wi Fi password can be found at 2 places one on the first page of the user manual the other one in the package with other printed materials Please keep your passcode safe and secured Be careful with the Wi Fi password as if it is lost someone else may gain control of your GHOST 2 When the Wi Fi connection is successfully established the Wi Fi icon on2. top of your iPhone screen does NOT display This is totally normal and your iPhone can still use its data to load the map 3 The pilot should keep the G BOX nearby throughout every flight either holding it in one hand or leaving it in a pocket Otherwise the WIFI connection may be interrupted during flight 4 The location service needs to be turned on when using the iOS App It keeps map data in cache App User Interface View When the Wi Fi connection is established the Wi Fi icon displays When the connec tion fails to establish it displays gt RS DISTANCE HEIGHT SPEED TIME WY UNLOCK TAKEOFF RETURN LAND FOLLOW HOVER NOTE App is compatible with iPhone 5 and above iPad 3 and above operating system requires iOS 7 0 and above
