1. see the front cover of this manual the key number and description of the replacement part s see the PART LIST and the EXPLODED DRAWING near the end of this manual LIMITED WARRANTY IMPORTANT You must register this product within 30 days of the purchase date to avoid added fees for service needed under warranty Go to www proformservice com registration ICON Health amp Fitness Inc ICON warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service conditions Parts and labor are warranted for ninety 90 days from the date of purchase This warranty extends only to the original purchaser ICON s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at ICON s option the product through one of its authorized service centers All repairs for which warranty claims are made must be preauthorized by ICON If the product is shipped to a service center freight charges to and from the service center will be the customer s responsibility For replacement parts shipped while the product is under warranty the customer will be responsible for a min imal handling charge For in home service the customer will be responsible for a minimal trip charge This warranty does not extend to any damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage abuse misuse improper or abnormal usage or repairs not provided by an ICON authorized service center to products used for c

Base 2 to the desired position and attach the Right Base with an M10 x 65mm Bolt 19 an M10 Washer 22 and an M10 Locknut 23 Attach the Left Base 3 in the same way Make sure that both Bases 2 3 are in the same position cc M10 x 60mm Screw 20 2 the number following the parentheses is the quantity needed for assembly Note If a part is not in the hardware kit check to see if it has been preat tached Do not use power tools for assembly Assembly requires the included hex key and an adjustable wrench M10 x 97mm Bolt 16 1 M10 x 30mm Bolt 21 1 2 Orient the Upright 4 as shown Insert the Upright 4 into the Frame 1 and then press the Large Bushing 15 into the Frame Slide the Upright 4 to the desired height and tighten the Lock Pin 9 into the Frame 1 and into one of the adjustment holes in the Upright Make sure that the Lock Pin is inserted into an adjustment hole 3 Attach the TV Support 5 or the Laptop Tray 7 to the Upright 4 with an M10 x 97mm Bolt 16 an M10 Washer 22 and an M10 Locknut 23 Pivot the TV Support 5 or the Laptop Tray 7 to the desired angle and secure it with an M10 x 30mm Bolt 21 an M10 Washer 22 and an M10 Locknut 23 If you attached the TV Support 5 to the Upright 4 see the inset drawing Attach the two TV Brackets 6 securely to your flat panel television see the instructions inclu
3. ded with your television or call the store where you purchased your television for information about proper attachment Then attach the TV Brackets to the TV Support with two M10 x 60mm Screws 20 and two M10 Washers 22 4 Insert the power cord of your television or lap top computer into the indicated opening in the Upright 4 Then pull the end of the power cord out of the indicated opening in the Frame 1 5 Make sure that all parts are properly tight ened before you use the TV Laptop Stand Note Some hardware may be left over after assembly is completed ADJUSTMENT HOW TO ADJUST THE WIDTH OF THE BASE To adjust the width of the base first remove the M10 Locknut 23 the M10 Washer 22 and the M10 x 65mm Bolt 19 from the right side of the Frame 1 Slide the Right Base 2 inward or outward to the desired position and reattach the Bolt Washer and Locknut Adjust the Left Base not shown in the same way Make sure that both Bases are in the same position HOW TO LEVEL THE TV LAPTOP STAND If the TV Laptop Stand rocks slightly on your floor turn one or both of the leveling feet not shown beneath the base until the rocking motion is eliminated Opening Power Cord HOW TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE UPRIGHT To adjust the height of the Upright 4 first have another person firmly hold the Upright Remove the Lock Pin 9 slide the Upright to the desired height and then tighte
