2. 0f6 4 Always disconnectthe Die Grinderfrom its compressedair supply source and squeeze the trigger torelease all compressedair in thetool before performingany maintenance or service 5 The warnings precautions and instructions discussed in this manual cannot coverall possible conditions and situations that may occur The operator mustunderstand that common sense andcaution are factors which cannot be built into this product but must be supplied bythe operator ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS TO ATTACHA QUICK CONNECTOR WARNING Prior to performingany assembly and or adjustment procedures make sure the air supply hose not included isdisconnected from the Die Grinder 1 Priortouse the Die Grinder requires the attachment of aquick connector into its air inlet To do so wrap approximately 3in of pipe thread sealer tape notincluded around the male threadsof a quick connector Then firmly tighten the quick connector into the air inlet AIR TOOL COMPRESSOR Hase Line Air Hose u on Reel Reguiator Recommended Air Line Components Fig 1 TO OPERATE ASA 1 4IN DIE GRINDER 1 Always wear ANSI approved safety glasses a fullface shield and hearing protection when operatingthe tool 2 Use thetwo wrenches providedto loosen the collet nut 3 Insert the 1 4in diameter shankof a grinding drum not included fully into the collet Then firmly re tightenthe collet nutto lock boththe collet and grind
