5. o enter scores in Should you make a mistake simply enter 0 or replace the score with correct score NB Once you finish entering the score you must save either by selecting save and leave will take you back to previous screen or save will remain in same group GOLF SOLUTIONS 6 Frequently Asked Questions Questions Answers Q1 Why does my Ipad say Access denied A1 If you have not worked on the Ipad for any length of time you will automatically be logged out of the Albatros system Simply log back in again Q2 What do I do if I have entered a player s A2 Simply go back to the applicable group and score incorrectly change the wrong score Save and Exit Q3 Do I have to write the players scores down A3 It is not absolutely essential to do this The on the scorer s sheet scores can be entered directly into the Pad but it must be remembered that one does not wish to hold the players up in any way and if connectivity is slow it may be better to record the scores Also if for some reason you lose Internet connection or connection to the server scores will need to be recorded until connecttvity is restored Q4 What do I do if I have accidently got out of A4 You can usually get back onto a specific page the page I was on by clicking on the tabs at the top Alternatively go back to the home screen and select the Green Albatros Icon Login again 10
