DO SO COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY WARNING PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE MACHINE IS UNPLUGGED PRIOR TO ANY DISASSEMBLY FAILURE TO DO SO COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY 1 The Trimmer is designed to sit on top of the GreenBroz Tumbler or a GreenBroz Trimmer Stand If not using one of these products place machine on top of a sturdy trim catchment bin All trim will fall through the cutting blades into a catchment bin A sturdy plastic storage bin large trash can etc can be used to catch trim 2 Prior to use ensure that machine placement is sound to prevent the machine from falling during operation 3 Release the tension of the brush and position it in a horizontal position and tighten with the knob on the left side of the machine This will allow the material to freely move beneath it while starting off with a full load 4 Open Cutting Chamber lid and place material to be processed into the cutting chamber Fill with material just below the Brush in the horizontal position Note Overfilling may cause bunching up of material behind the brush However you want to process with a maximum fill as it provides gentle downward pressure 11 Close Lid The Trimmer will not operate when the Lid is open Plug in machine to electric outlet turn Master Power to ON direction switch to FORWARD and turn the timer to the 10 minute mark An Operator is still necessary to monitor the progress of the machine while material is being processed

You may view the amount of trimmed material being removed by inspecting the trim bin below the trimmer After the timer stops open lid to check on progress of trimming As you watch the material being trimmed you may want to open up specific flowers to ensure full trimming is possible As material is processed you will see a decrease in volume in the Cutting Chamber and material will be visibly more trim Lower the brush so that it is just low enough to assist with the gentle rolling of flowers If it is too low flowers will bunch up behind the brush You will learn to find just the right adjustment by trial and error 12 10 Occasionally stop the machine and sweep the flowers towards the outer rim of the Upper Blade checking for any stems caught between the blades If stems are caught between the blades you can either a Switch the direction switch from FORWARD to REVERSE for 2 3 rotation ora few quick Forward Reverse Forward movements of the switch REFRAIN FROM RUNNING THE MACHINE IN REVERSE AND ALLOWING THE SWEEPER BAR TO PASS UNDER THE BRUSH AS FORCE WILL BE APPLIED TO MATERIAL b Gently push the material out of the blade by hand and continue trimming by moving the stranded material along the contour of the cutting pattern and removing 11 As the volume continues to decrease you should lower the brush closer to the level of the material to assist the material in rolling This will ensure material is trimmed on all
4. 12 Remove the additional second blade if included and installed as directed in step 7 above NEVER operate with both blades in the machine The Key on the Drive Shaft of the motor may at some time become loose When removing the hub and blade if the key is loose remove and set aside Although we ve done our best to secure the Key it is ok if the key is loose an KON B NOTE Standard Trimmers will have a black bushing on the Drive Shaft below the Upper Blade The bushing should be installed textured side up If a Bushing is not present please contact GreenBroz Staff and we will send you one This Bushing helps prevent the Upper Blade on the Standard Machine from being over tightened Lightly spray both the Upper Cutting Blades and the Cutting Chamber with alcohol and wipe down to clean prior to use Only use a fabric cloth to clean as paper towels will catch on the edges of the blades Wipe from the center of the blade towards the outer edge following the pattern of the blade In the Cutting Chamber place a light film of oil on the outer edge of the bottom blade and towards the center of the blade If using organic aerosol spray oil two quick bursts is sufficient for each area Use your finger to spread the oil around the center and outer area Other oil applicators that work well are large syringes eyedroppers or small refillable shampoo bottles used for traveling Sometimes the motor may shift during shipping

Inspect the four motor mount bolts that are visible on the Lower Blade surface Ensure that they are below the cutting surface by running a razor blade over the area If the screw heads are not below the surface tighten to ensure they are below the surface before moving to the next step 13 Choose the blade that you will be using and look at it Ensure the direction of the cutting pattern is OPPOSITE as the pattern on the bottom blade IF YOU INSTALL THE BLADES WITH THE CUTTING PATTERN IN THE SAME DIRECTION THE MACHINE WILL NOT TRIM 14 Gently slide the blade into the cutting chamber under the brush and onto the drive shaft of the motor by aligning the keyhole on the blade with the Key on the drive shaft 15 If the Key was removed reinstall with the rounded end down The Key when properly installed will be flush on the top of the Drive Shaft 16 Reinstall the Hub onto the Drive shaft and fit the Upper Blade and the Hub together The cleats of the hub will slide into the Upper Blade 17 Reinstall the Sweeper Bar on top of the Hub with the Blade Tension Adjustment Screw Ensure the Nub on the Hub is mounted behind the Sweeper Bar It should push the Sweeper Bar from behind in a clockwise direction Note that if installed incorrectly the Sweeper Bar either may not fit properly or will have a large gap between the Upper Blade and the bottom of the Sweeper Bar Your machine is now prepped and ready to use

This process will become much easier after a few times Preparation Of Material Prior To Trimming Our Trimmers are simple to use however you must prepare your material to be trimmed properly e The Greenbroz Trimmer is intended for trimming of DRY material Using wet material will cause excessive residue on the blades and cutting chamber e Dry material means the leaves are brittle and the stems snap Processing of material that is too wet or dry will provide less than optimal results e Itis best to hang dry your material as laying on screens will cause leaves to cling close to the flower making it more difficult to trim 1 Prepare material to be trimmed by removing any excessive stems or twigs Stems should not have excessive length from the bud Below are examples of flowers prepped for trimming in the machine 2 You may at this time remove any crows feet or kickstands from the base of the bud Excessively long stems that are not fully dried can become caught between the 10 Operation of the Trimmer Machine GreenBroz machines are simple to use however you must follow all instructions and warnings WARNING THIS MACHINE CONTAINS SHARP MOVING PARTS DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TOUCH THE BLADE SURFACE WHILE USING THE MACHINE SERIOUS INJURY COULD OCCUR WARNING LONG HAIR OR CLOTHING CAN BE CAUGHT IN MOVING PARTS ENSURE THAT ANY HAIR OR CLOTHING IS AWAY FROM THE CUTTING BLADES FAILURE TO

9. ed to gather the following to prep your machine prior to use Clean Cloth Rag s A small amount of Alcohol Oil Organic Hemp Organic Sunflower or Organic Canola Razor Blade 1 Remove the machine from the shipping container and remove all plastic and tape Keep your box and shipping material as it works well to store your machine when not in use 2 Remove any packing material from inside the bottom of the machine Standard Unit Only 3 Set your machine on a sturdy surface like a tabletop or the floor If you purchased two blades they will both be included in the shipping box or mounted inside the Cutting Chamber under the hub 5 Loosen the Blade Tension Adjustment Screw then remove and Screw and the Sweeper Bar and set outside of the machine 6 Remove the Hub from the Drive Shaft by lifting the Hub in the direction of the Drive Shaft Place the hub next to the parts already removed in Step A 7 Removing of the blade Do not place tools into the cutting edge of the blade Using a tool that fits within the Hub notches on the blade Paint can opener serrated knife blade or Allen key slightly lift the top blade with your right hand and with the left hand in the lower left of the cutting chamber gently lift it up off the motor shaft up and towards the bottom left corner of the machine removing the Upper Blade out of the Cutting Chamber DO NOT BEND OR PRY THE BLADE AS YOU MAY DAMAGE IT 8 9 10 LL
10. of the Product To Qualify for this Warranty The Product must be purchased in the United State from Greenbroz Inc or a dealer authorized by Greenbroz Inc to sell the Products This warranty only applies to the first retail purchaser and is not transferrable to subsequent owners What Greenbroz will Repair or Replace under Warranty Greenbroz Inc will repair or replace at its option any part that is proved to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period Warranty repairs and replacements will be made without charge for parts or labor Anything replaced under warranty becomes the property of Greenbroz Inc All parts replaced under warranty will be considered as part of the original product and any warranty on those parts will expire coincident with the original product warranty To Obtain Warranty Service Contact Greenbroz Inc for a return authorization and instructions for warranty repair or replacement Exclusions 1 Any damage or deterioration resulting from neglect of periodic maintenance as specified in any Product owner s manual or any improper repair or maintenance 2 Neglect unauthorized alteration modifications misuse incorporation or use of unsuitable attachments or parts 3 Damage caused by dirt pressure or steam cleaning the Product salt water corrosion rust varnish abrasives and moisture or 4 Any product that has ever been declared a total loss or sold for s
11. sides It is up to the operator to determine when trimming is complete Every strain is different as is every market for finished product 12 When processing is complete place a container or bag below the front access door chute and open the door while the machine is still running Trimmed material will fall out of the machine and into your container 13 Repeat until your harvest is complete 14 Smile knowing you have quietly completed trimming in a fraction of the time to hand trim with consistent quality Quick Quiet Gentle Greenbroz Inc is not responsible for any injuries that may occur if the above mentioned instructions and warnings are not followed 13 Cleaning Your Machine After a period of time usually a minimum of 8 hours or if excessive buildup is forming within the cutting chamber the unit will need to be serviced This step should only take 5 10 minutes to fully clean your machine for further use We recommend inspecting every 4 hours of continuous use 1 Remove Sweeper Bar Adjustment Screw and Sweeper Bar then lift the Hub off of blade and set outside of machine Lift Top Blade off of the motor Drive Shaft by using a tool inserted into the Hub alignment holes on the blade Slide Blade out of Cutting Chamber and set aside AVOID LIFTING THE BLADE FROM THE CUTTING AREAS AS YOU COULD DAMAGE THE CUTTING SURFACE OR CUT YOURSELF Lubricate the blades by spraying a light coating of food based oil on
12. the dirty cutting surfaces Let sit for a minute NOTE Do not use a synthetic lubricant that you would not consider eating or having very small amounts come in contact with your material Greenbroz suggests organic Hemp Sunflower or Canola oil Using a flat razor scraper or a metal putty knife clean the Lower Cutting Blade following the curve of the cutting blades from the middle of the blade toward the outer edge of the blade Place the Upper Cutting Blade on a flat surface and follow the same process with both sides of the Blade Wipe blade down with Alcohol 14 7 Wipe down the internal cutting chamber with Alcohol 8 Lubricate the Lower Cutting blade in the center and outer edges only 18 Choose the blade that you will be using and look at it Ensure the direction of the cutting pattern is OPPOSITE as the pattern on the Lower Cutting Blade IF YOU INSTALL THE BLADES WITH THE CUTTING PATTERN IN THE SAME DIRECTION THE MACHINE WILL NOT TRIM 19 Gently slide the blade into the cutting chamber under the brush and onto the drive shaft of the motor by aligning the keyhole on the blade with the Key on the drive Shaft 15 21 Rub a light coating of oil on all surfaces of the Hub Reinstall the Hub onto the Drive shaft and fit the Upper Blade and the Hub together The cleats of the hub will slide into the Upper Blade NOTE The hub may sweat salts during cold or high humidity and the oil will assist with this
