DAVIS gt XTREM SERIE 1630 User Manual GENERAL DESCRIPTION MIYOTA quartz movement Caliber OS62 Functions Hours minutes seconds chronograph and date Chronograph 7 M Minute hand minute hand Button A WzR a Safety pin clip K 1st position Hour hand Chronograph hour hand 2nd position Normal crown position Small second hand or 1 20 sec chronograph hand Bin lh g Chronograph Calendar second hand GENERAL USE For settings unlock the safety pin clip Setting the time Pull the crown out to the 2 position The small second hand stops and moves to 60 of the counter Adjust the hour by turning the crown in the desired direction When the crown is pushed back to the normal position small second hand begins to run Setting the date Pull the crown out to the 1 position Turn the crown anticlockwise to set the date When the date is correctly set push back the crown on normal position Important Date setting MUST UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be carried out between 22 00 h 10 P M and 2 00 h 2 A M Use of the chronograph This chronograph is able to measure and display time in 1 20 second united up to maximum of 11 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds Measuring time with chronograph Button A 17 pressure sets off the time measurement Chronograph second hand begins to run Small second hand moves to 0 of the counter and changes to the chronograph 1 20 second mode and pressure stops the tim2. e measurement Chronograph hand second and 1 20 second hand stop Button B To use only when the chronograph has stopped 1 pressure reset the chronograph hand second and 1 20 second hand to zero 2 pressure change the 1 20 second mode to the second mode Resetting the starting position of the chronograph second hand Pull the crown out to the 2 position Push button A to set position of the chronograph second hand Once the hand has been set push back the crown on normal position Resetting the starting position of the chronograph 1 20 second hand only if the hand isn t set to 60 after replacing battery Pull the crown out to the 2 position Push button B to set the Chronograph 1 20 second hand to 60 Once the hand has been set push back the crown on normal position Water resistance Your watch is waterproof 100 meters Once the setting finished push the crown back lock the safety pin clip in order to guarantee perfect water resistance The crown and buttons must never be handled under water Maintenance It is advisable to rinse the watch and its strap carefully with fresh water after contact with sea water It also recommended that the water resistance of your watch is serviced every two years
