3. d FF Amon Settings a l 2 When you click the Phone button FB Azam will dial the number entered in the Phone number field and the grey buttons will become available For a detailed description of each field please refer to the online help in the Phone function section www azamit com 44 The Hows and Whys of Azam Before making a phone call Before starting a phone call you can set the duration of the call plus the cost per hour gt To prepare for a call 1 Optionally click the Settings button on the recorder dialog box to set the costs and times Cost and Time Remaining f Alarm On Settings The Times and Costs dialog box will appear Due to start at 3 E Due to end at 1208 x Duration foo sa Cost per hour 7 20 Currency B 7 Total Cost peo rh Cancel The Due to start at time is defaulted to the current time of the PC and the Due to end at time will be thirty minutes after that You can change the time setting by clicking in the field and typing in the required time If the call is started before the Due to start at time Azam will automatically add that amount of time to the end time in its calculations If the call is started after the Due to start at time Azam will automatically subtract that amount of time to calculate the duration 2 Inthe Cost per hour field type in the cost of the call per hour In the above example the call duration is thirty minutes and the call cost is twe
