19. e Tighten the worktable in the chosen height with the fixing lever 9 You can move the table in the horizontal directions with the lever 3 Define the max cross and depth movement by adjusting the respective end stops and fixing them 4 1 Mortising slot holes 1 You bore two holes at the two outer ends of the slot 2 Then you start from one end and bore a sequence of overlapping holes to the other end of the slot 3 Finally you connect the holes by movnig the the work table cross direction from one end of the slot to the other and back again 4 2 Drilling pin holes Loosen the fixing lever oft he pin drill grid By rotating the pin drill grid choose the pin drill holes with the distance you wish to have Fix the pin grid again Mark the place of the first pin hole on the workpiece fix the workpiece to the table Check whether the pin is slotted in the first hole of the grid Do the first drill move the table in cross direction until the pin slides into the next pin hole e Perform the second drill and so forth in the same manner HOLZMANN Maschinen Austria amp www holzmann maschinen at page 24 User Manual LBM 220 FEHLERBEHEBUNG 5 MAINTENANCE Don t clean or do maintenance on the machine while connected to the power supply Damages to machine and injuries might occur due to unintended switching on of the machine Therefore Switch the machine off and disconnect it
