IR XX is displayed XX repre sents either ON or OFF 3 Press the UP or DOWN buttons to either activate the remote func tion On or deactivate it Off Pixel Kling 10C Master Slave Configuration This function will allows you to link units together to run in a Master Slave configuration In a Master Slave configuration one unit will act as the controlling unit and the others will react and copy the controlling units operation Any unit can act as a Master or as a Slave however only one unit can be programmed to act as the Master Master Slave Set Up Master Slave Connections and Settings 1 Daisy chain your units via the XLR connector on the rear of the unit Use standard XLR data cables to link your units together Remember that the Male XLR connector is the input and the Female XLR con nector is the ouput The first unit in the chain master will use the female XLR connector only The last unit in the chain will use the male XLR connector only Connect the first Slave unit to the Master Set the Slave to any DMX Channel mode Set the Master unit to your desired mode of operation The Slave unit will now follow the Master Pixel Kling 10C Kling Net or Art Net Operation Set the Pixel Kling 10C to KLINGNET MODE See page 9 NET CONTROL MODE and follow the instructions Install one of the recommended operating softwares onto your computer Recommended softwar

13. al Multiplex This is a universal pro 0 255 259 0 100 tocol used as a form of communication between intelligent fixtures mos BLUE TUBE 1 PIXEL 1 and controllers A DMX controller sends DMX data instructions from Q 255 0 100 the controller to the fixture DMX data is sent as serial data that trav RED TUBE 1 PIXEL 2 els from fixture to fixture via the DATA IN and DATA OUT XLR ter aan 255 0 100 minals located on all DMX fixtures most controllers only have a DATA GREEN TUBE 1 PIXEL 2 OUT terminal pon 255 0 100 DMX Linking DMX is a language allowing all makes and models of BLUE TUBE 1 PIXEL 2 different manufactures to be linked together and operate from a single 0 255 0 100 controller as long as all fixtures and the controller are DMX compli RED TUBE 1 PIXEL 3 ant To ensure proper DMX data transmission when using several 0 255 0 100 DMX fixtures try to use the shortest cable path possible The order GREEN TUBE 1 PIXEL 3 in which fixtures are connected in a DMX line does not influence the 0 255 0 100 _ of 1 the DMX controller knows to send DATA assigned to address 1 GREEN TUBE 10 PIXEL 14 to that unit no matter where it is located in the DMX chain Data Cable DMX Cable Requirements For DMX Operation The Pixel Kling 10C can be controlled via DMX 512 protocol The Pixel Kling 10C has 4 DMX channel modes please see page 7 for the different DMX modes The DMX address is set

16. ctive Mode In this mode the Ultra Kling Bar 18 will react to sound and chase through the different colors 1 2 Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until SOUND is displayed Use the UP or DOWN buttons to find your desired sound active program There are 24 sound active programs to choose from After you have found your desired program press the SET UP but ton to adjust the sound sensitivity Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the sound sensitivity 01 is the least sensitive and 08 is the most sensitive Net Control Mode Kling net or Art net Control l Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until NET CON TROL MODE is displayed In this mode the SET UP UP amp DOWN buttons will not work The light can now be controlled by Kling net or Art net See page 11 for Kling Net and Art Net operation Auto Run Mode There are 3 different Auto Modes to choose from Color Fade Color Change and both modes running together The running speed is adjustable in all 2 modes 1 Plug the fixture in and press the MODE button until either AUTO RUN is displayed Press the SET UP button to switch between the different modes AUTO RUN SNAP Color Change Mode There are 24 Color Change modes to choose from Use the UP or DOWN buttons to scroll through the different color change modes AUTO RUN FADE Color Fade Mode There are 24 Color Fade modes to choose from Use the UP or DOWN buttons to s
