6. _ 0 RITechnology Corp ECK 161B Embedded System IDE disk drives on the specified channel gt ARMD This option specifies an ATAPI Removable Media Device These include but are not limited to gt ZIP 15 120 LBA Large Mode Auto The LBA Large Mode BIOS option disables or auto detects LBA Logical Block Addressing LBA is a method of addressing data on a disk drive In LBA mode the maximum drive capacity is 137 GB gt Disabled This selection prevents the BIOS from using the LBA mode control on the specified channel gt Auto DEFAULT This option allows the BIOS to auto detect the LBA mode control on the specified channel Block Multi Sector Transfer Auto gt Disabled Selecting this option prevents the BIOS from using Multi Sector Transfer on the specified channel The data to and from the device occurs one sector at a time gt Auto DEFAULT Selecting this value to allows the BIOS to auto detect the device support for Multi Sector Transfers on the specified channel If supported Select this value to allow the BIOS to auto detect the number of sectors per block for transfer from the hard disk drive to the memory The data transfer to and from the device occurs multiple sectors at a time _ 16 IE ECK 161B Embedded System Mode Auto The PIO Mode option selects the IDE PIO Programmable I O mode program timing cycl
