6. ation Make sure that it is good visi ble for your customer to ensure good foodpresentation and successfull sales Take care of the following points e The Action Roasting Unit has to be placed on a horizontal level Use a spirit level if necessary e here has to be enough free space to load unload clean and maintain the unit e The machine has to be placed so that the complete area around it can be cleaned easily e For sufficient ventilation there has to be free space of 50mm at the rear side of the unit and underneath the unit there has to be a free space of 10mm that is re alized by the feet The air supply and the air exhaust must not be blocked up in any case e Atthe right side of the unit there has to be a free space of at least 50mm for the electrical power supply 4 3 Electrical connection Note Note that also after installation and electrical connection the plug must be ac cessible If this is not possible due to structural reasons or if the unit is connected permanently the power supply needs to have an interlock switch Note During any servicing take care that the unit is disconnected from the mains Not paying attention may result in injury gt gt Please learn the electrical and technical data of your unit from the nameplate e The unit is ready for plug in e For power supply a CEE socket is necessary e Make sure the supply cable is protected separatly with 3 x 16 Amps Note After finishing any
