26. nk may not adhere correctly in places where there are fingerprints 2 Take care not to get the printed media wet The ink may smear or cause stains 3 The media types 2 and 3 use a strong adhesive Do not affix your labels decals etc to any objects where residual adhesive left when they are removed will cause a problem 4 Before affixing your labels decals etc make sure that the target surface has been wiped clean of any water oil dirt or dust 5 Do not apply media types 2 and 3 to uneven surfaces or to matte surfaces Strong adhesive has been used but they may still lift off 6 Media easily absorbs moisture so do not remove any sheets from the package until just before use 7 After the package has been opened use the media as quickly as possible Always store the sheets in the package they came in 8 Avoid storing media in high temperature high humidity locations or in locations exposed to direct sunlight Usage Precautions for Media Used for Cutting Graphtec only guarantees the cutting results for media supplied by Graphtec and cut under suitable conditions Please read all the following precautions carefully if you plan to use non Graphtec media Media Type Precautions Even if the media is thinner than the extended blade length its thickness strength and the hardness of the fibers may cause it not to be cut through completely Please refer to Media is not cut properly on page 27 of this guide and t
