3. pontoon by sliding the male bracket up or down in the female bracket The height of your pontoon will determine how much your pontoon remains on or off the water while you row When you have found your preferred height secure the pontoon in place with the detent ring pin Finding your perfect height might take getting on and off the water a couple of times with your pontoons attached to your boat to determine which height works best If your pontoons are too low they will cause a lot of splash If they are too high they may not give you the desired stability Some rowers prefer the pontoons higher using them only as a safety net Although it is possible to adjust your pontoons on the water it is always recommended to adjust them on land before or after you row When docking remove your dockside pontoon completely before landing at the dock DO NOT run your pontoon up on the dock as it will cause damage to your pontoon and your boat If you do happen to strike a stationary or submerged object while you are rowing your female brackets are designed to be sacrificial so that you do not damage the expensive rigging on your boat Do not leave your dockside pontoon attached while at the dock as damage to your pontoon and your rigging may occur Attach your dockside pontoon after you have launched At the end of each row remove your pontoons from your shell Release the drain plug to drain any water that may have collected and to allow

Stabilizer Pontoon Assembly and KOA G User s Manual Items in your box 2 Rotationally molded polyethylene pontoons 8 1 4 X 1 2 stainless steel bolts 2 Female pontoon brackets 2 Male brackets 2 1 4 stainless detent ring pins 2 Nylon lanyards Tools Needed Adjustable Wrench Measuring Tape Instructions for Assembly Take the two male brackets and one at a time attach them to each of the pontoons using 3 of the 1 4 X 1 2 bolts Make sure the holes on the male brackets are facing the sides of the pontoons Tighten to pinky finger tightness using your wrench Use the remaining 1 4 X 1 2 bolt to attach the final corner of the male bracket as well as one of the nylon lanyards Remove the bottom nut and washer from your rigger with an adjustable wrench Slide the threaded bottom of your oarlock pin through the oval shaped hole in the base of the female bracket with the tube on the bracket facing upwards Push the female bracket flush against the back of the block of the rigger so that there is no play in the bracket Re attach the washer and nut and tighten with your wrench Check the span spread with a tape meaure after installing your female bracket as this measurement may have changed during installation Copyright 2015 Revolution Rowing LLC www RevolutionRowing com Instructions for Use Still have questions Select the height of the
