Stabilizer Pontoon Assembly and KOA G User s Manual Items in your box 2 Rotationally molded polyethylene pontoons 8 1 4 X 1 2 stainless steel bolts 2 Female pontoon brackets 2 Male brackets 2 1 4 stainless detent ring pins 2 Nylon lanyards Tools Needed Adjustable Wrench Measuring Tape Instructions for Assembly Take the two male brackets and one at a time attach them to each of the pontoons using 3 of the 1 4 X 1 2 bolts Make sure the holes on the male brackets are facing the sides of the pontoons Tighten to pinky finger tightness using your wrench Use the remaining 1 4 X 1 2 bolt to attach the final corner of the male bracket as well as one of the nylon lanyards Remove the bottom nut and washer from your rigger with an adjustable wrench Slide the threaded bottom of your oarlock pin through the oval shaped hole in the base of the female bracket with the tube on the bracket facing upwards Push the female bracket flush against the back of the block of the rigger so that there is no play in the bracket Re attach the washer and nut and tighten with your wrench Check the span spread with a tape meaure after installing your female bracket as this measurement may have changed during installation Copyright 2015 Revolution Rowing LLC www RevolutionRowing com Instructions for Use Still have questions Select the height of the
