Water Ionizer Happy H20 System Healthy Hydrating Anti Oxidant Water CEG CSR a gs he dALVM CHZINOI PLEASE READ THIS MANUAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AND OPERATION NOTE Alkaline lonized Water is detoxifying therefore please begin drinking gradually For example drink 16 oz of Level 1 water for several days gradually increasing to your full consumption of water After this point increase one Level each week until you are drinking your full consumption of water on Level 4 highest pH level Following this gradual procedure will minimize unpleasant effects of detoxification such as cold or flu like symptoms headaches rashes diarrhea and or nausea You may notice differences in bowel habits during the first days at each pH level Urine frequency may increase and color may darken as more water is consumed and your body detoxifies eventually the color decreases as your body adjusts to the cleansing If detoxification symptoms become uncomfortable it is suggested that you decrease to a lower level alkaline water until these symptoms subside and gradually build up again to higher levels We recommend at the minimum to drink half your weight in ounces per day for hydration Remember this is a minimum One quart for every 30 pounds of body weight is better and you can increase further as you are able 1 Carefully unpack your H2O WATER SYSTEM making sure all the parts listed on the diagram are enclosed 2
3. 64 adapter The most difficult faucets to attach a water ionizer to are designer faucets Often they are simply not suitable for use with a water ionizer because the fittings are unusual sizes Since there are dozens of these types of faucets on the market manufacturers are unable to supply the fittings that may be required to install a water ionizer to them If you are unable to find the proper fittings for your designer faucet you may want to consider hooking up the water ionizer to another sink in your house such as the bathroom or utility room where there is a standard faucet Once you have attached the faucet diverter to your faucet you can continue to use the sink as you normally do then divert the water into the water ionizer when you wish to use it by turning the handle on the faucet diverter Cut the single length of tubing in half and attach one piece from the diverter into the inlet of the water ionizer The other piece of tubing attaches to the Acid lonized Water fitting on the bottom of the unit and drapes into the sink Alkaline lonized Water flows from a stainless steel tube on top of the unit except when the unit is in cleaning mode and Acid lonized Water is flowing from the silver tube and Alkaline lonized Water is flowing from the bottom tube Both Alkaline and Acid lonized Water are created simultaneously when water is run through a water ionizer Pee D ae AO rasvan reper 5 gt a 8 le

6. select FILTERED WATER ONLY neutral pH 7 3 levels of alkaline water and 2 levels of acidic water Please read this User Guide thoroughly for their uses The H2O WATER SYSTEM shows the pH level and the ORP level on the LCD screen The EP800 and EP 1000 LCD screen displays in color that coordinates with the pH level selected Pressing the FUN Function button will switch between the pH and ORP readings On all models pressing the FUN button will also display CLn which you will access when replacing the filter see section Filter Replacement Procedure A Word on Designer and Gooseneck Faucets Designer faucets often are not suitable for use with a water ionizer because the fittings are unusual sizes There are dozens of these type faucets on the market and we are unable to supply the appropriate fittings If you are unable to find the proper fittings at your hardware store you may want to consider hooking your water ionizer up to another faucet in your house The H2O WATER SYSTEM can hook up to most gooseneck faucets This is a small faucet usually installed at the right corner of the sink and is often referred to as a drinking water faucet For installation with this type faucet you may need a special adapter if there are screw threads or if not you can slip the end of the intake hose over the end of the faucet then secure it with a 1 4 screw type hose clamp that can be obtained at any hardware store CONTENTS Package
7. the water is now coming in direct contact with the electrodes instead of the calcium that has deposited on them Directions for cleaning your water ionizer 1 Unplug the water ionizer from the electrical outlet Remove as much water from the water ionizer as possible by blowing through the silver tube inlet tube and acid tube Also remove the filter and shake as much water from it as you can then replace it It is preferable to use an empty filter that has no carbon media in it while cleaning the unit which can be purchased from a water ionizer dealer 2 Prepare a container with 2 liters of white vinegar or citric acid for the pump Attach the INLET hose from the water ionizer to the pump Depending on the pump you purchase this may require some minor modifications so that the hose will fit into the pump properly Submerge the pump into the white vinegar or citric acid Plug the pump into the electrical outlet A GFI safety electrical outlet should be used for this in order to protect against electrocution 3 Place both the silver tube and acid water tube from the water ionizer into the white vinegar or citric acid container so the entire system is recirculating At first there may be very little flow through the silver tube However as long as the slightest amount of white vinegar or citric acid is flowing through the silver tube it will eventually dissolve the calcium that is blocking the water from flowing out of the tube 4 Clean the w

13. d replace the filter e The life span of the ACF Activated Carbon Fiber filter may differ due to the quality of the water used with your water ionizer e The filter should be changed every year even if 10 000 liters has not been reached e We recommend that the filter be changed every 9 12 months Warning if the following events happen you must replace the old filter immediately P D gs nn UU LIFE OOGG e Water has a very bad smell e Unit has been unused for over one year e Water pressure is severely low PLEASE NOTE After changing the filter let the water run for 3 5 minutes on the FILTERED WATER ONLY setting to clean out any loose carbon particles from the filter The water may appear a darker color at first but this will disappear as the water runs 17 6 Filter Replacement Continued 2 HOW TO REPLACE THE FILTER 1 Push the filter access door cover in and pull out towards the front of the unit 2 Push down on the top of the filter allowing the filter to free itself from the unit 3 Pull the filter out of the unit 4 Put the new filter in the unit placing the bottom of the filter inside first 5 Push down on the top of the filter until you can slide the top into place 6 You should be able to see and here when the filter is properly locked into place 7 Close the filter cover and allow water to run through unit for at least 2 minutes before consuming Press the FUN unction but
