OCT 18 mount adapter USER MANUAL 1 Make sure that the lens scale is set on infinity position and the PIN 1 is located on the right side of the GROOVE Please note that many lenses do not have these pins They are not essential but prevent the lens block unscrewing The lens mount should be lubricated You can use a special optical grease or Teflon grease GROOVE 2 Apply the lens onto the adapter Push the lens inside the adapter do not use much force up to resistance Make sure that the ADAPTER PIN is lined up with GROOVE and the SECURE SCREW is loosen Then give the lens push You should hear a click sound ADAPTER PIN i 4 TA SECURE SCREW 3 If you can not fit the lens or the focusing is very hard it will be necessary to adjust screw a bit off four ball point screws They keep the lens mount in place but allow to rotate the lens flange during focusing 4 Secure the lens by means of SECURE SECREW Screw in and then give one turn to the left Then it will secure the mount but not lock the lens barrel itself SECURE SCREW BALL POINT SET SCREW
