Page 1 Single Scull Car Rack Slings ROMIG Assembly Manual Items to purchase Tools Needed 1 8 foot long 2 X 4 board Marker or Pen 4 1 4 X 4 long bolts Tape Measure 8 1 4 washers Drill or Drill Press 4 1 4 nylock nuts 1 4 Drill Bit 2 2 5 X 6 U bolts 2 7 16 wrenches Using your tape measure and your marker measure 1 from each end of your 8 foot long 2 X 4 and mark a line at each of these points Mark the lines on the narrow side of the 2 X 4 Lay your Single Scull Car Rack Slings across each end of your 2 X 4 and line up the edge of your slings with the lines you just marked Use your marker to mark the locations for 2 drill holes for each sling Using your drill or drill press and your 1 4 drill bit drill all the way through your 2 X 4 in the long dimension creating 4 holes total Copyright 2015 Revolution Rowing LLC www RevolutionRowing com Page 2 Attach your Single Scull Car Rack Slings to your newly created 2 X 4 rail using the 4 1 4 X 4 bolts 8 1 4 washers and 4 1 4 nylock nuts You are now ready to attach your custom rack to your vehicle roof racks Please refer to the Single Scull Car Rack User s Manual for instructions on how to attach your Single Car Rack Slings to your existing vehicle roof racks and how to safely use your Single Car Rack Slings Still have questions Please contact us directly 770 561 9995
