DSX1000 can play music from it Web Browser Configuration Network settings and the friendly network name of the DSX 1000 can also be changed using the web browser menu In the search bar of your web browser type the IP address of the DSX1000 to bring up the configuration menu If you don t know the IP address use the settings menu on the DSX1000 to navigate to the network settings and then network info This will show the connection settings and the IP address 10 Output Connections The DSX1000 has two sets of output connectors You can connect directly to a power amplifier using the variable output connections or you can connect to a preamplifier with built in volume control using the line level outputs Variable Output The DSX1000 has a built in analogue volume control meaning that it can be directly connected to a power amplifier or amplified loudspeakers Please use either the balanced XLR or RCA phono outputs marked as Variable Output VARIABLE OUTPUT RIGHT LEFT Line Level Output The line level output is a full volume signal designed to be connected to a preamplifier or integrated amplifier with volume control Please use either the balanced XLR or RCA phono outputs marked as Line Level Output Never connect the line level outputs directly to a power amplifier as this output will be extremely loud and cause damage to your loudspeakers or amplifier LINE LEVEL OUTPUT RIGHT LEFT Note For optimum performanc
