7. 0 Expanding the Player s Storage Preparing a MicroSD TF Card for Use You can expand the player s capacity by adding a microSD card also known as a TransFlash or TF card with a capacity of up to 8GB First however it must be prepared for use by the player Follow these instructions to prepare the card Turn the player OFF Insert a microSD TF card into the player Turn the player ON Tap System Settings on the Desktop Tap Other Settings in the System Settings menu Tap twice on Format Card in the next menu Veo s oc YS Tap YES on the pop up window This will create the necessary folders on your microSD card 8 Use the USB cable to connect the player to your computer 9 Access your microSD card through My Computer the previous directory arrow in the upper left corner of the screen until you see the directory Card Memory You can also access the files on your microSD card through Explorer mode which is located on the Desktop see The Desktop in this manual for more information When a microSD card is inserted there will be a Card Memory directory in Explorer mode Tap twice on this directory to see your files e matic E6 Series User Manual Page 9 of 32 6 0 Using the ArcSoft Medialmpression Software 6 1 Using the Medialmpression Downloader If you re using Windows you can use the ArcSoft Medialmpression Downloader to download videos from YouTube and other websites that utilize Flash
