Lowered Arm Rest shown here used therapy shown here with QuickLock as a table extender Face Rest DIRECTIONS FOR USE LOCKING CASTERS USE All casters should be locked during use with a patient LOCKING THE CASTERS UN LOCKING THE CASTERS 1 Place your shoe on the end of the casters locking tab 1 Place your shoe on top of the casters locking tab 2 Press firmly downward until you here a clicking noise 2 Press firmly inward and downward until you here a click and the caster is locked ing noise and the caster is unlocked RETRACTABLE FOOT RESTS STIRRUP USE 1 Fully lower the manual 2 Grasp Stirrup handle amp 3 Fold out to fully open 4 To rotate stirrup to the adjustable foot rest to allow access to the stirrup To store stirrups lift slightly rotate towards the middle of the table and fold the foot rest down Then lift slightly and push into the storage position pull out firmly while lifting slightly Pull fully out desired angle lift slightly and move to the desired position There are 3 detent positions Stop lift ing and move slightly left or right for the nearest detent position 5 To reduce stirrup length lift the handle slightly and push into desired position Stirrup will automatically lock into nearest detent posi tion DIRECTIONS FOR USE ADJUSTABLE ARM REST INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT C AUTI O N Do not use the arm rest for patient support during the mounting or dismount
2. button Follow the directions below to access these functions Head End Up Table Up Em ma r CEE p Head End Down Table Down optional hand control DIRECTIONS FOR USE MOVING THE TABLE Before moving the table disconnect the power cord from the power outlet The table CAUTION weighs as much as 235 lbs 107 kg Never lift the table by grasping the table top You coal damage the table and the electronics that run the tabletop Four people are required to move the table safely Do not use the table to transport a patient When moving the table place one person at each corner of the table Have each person firmly grasp the base at the bottom and lift the table Be aware and use proper safe procedures for moving a table of this size to prevent injury to yourself or the table We strongly recommend that a flatbed dolly be used that can hold the entire table when moving the table long distances Grasp at at low height range base corner LEVELING THE TABLE 1 Place the table in the location where 1 2 18mm Open you plan to use it Leveler Foot end Wrench ay cae 2 Rock the table to determine if it is level with the floor If the table rocks back and forth at all the foot that clears the floor when you rock the table will need adjustment 3 Adjust the Leveler Foot by first loos ening the locking nut found just above the rubber Leveler Foot with the open end wrench 4 Lower the adjustab
