Cleaning the CV60 Problems While Scanning Bar Codes continued Problem Solution Your 1551E or 1553 scanner was The 1551E or 1553 scanner must be using the correct working fine but after changing the RS 232 settings to allow configuration in the Intermec port setting you cannot change the Settings applet Try disabling then enabling the scanner configuration port state The configuration settings in Try disabling and then enabling the scanner port state to Intermec Settings do not match the synchronize the CV60 settings with the scanner settings on your 1551E or 1553 scanner Calling Product Support If you cannot find the answer to your problem in the Troubleshooting the CV60 section you can visit the Intermec technical knowledge base Knowledge Central at intermec custhelp com to review technical information or to request technical support If you still need help after visiting Knowledge Central you may need to call Product Support To talk to an Intermec Product Support representative call 1 800 755 5505 Before you call Intermec Product Support make sure you have the following information ready e Operating system version Configuration number e Ifyou are using security know the type Funk or Microsoft and the full set of parameters Power management settings Ifyou are using terminal emulation TE know the version and protocol e Ifyou are not using TE know the language your custom applicati
