3. The only software needed except the Operating system is the Microsoft Access This is very easy to install and widely spread in the world So that it would be very easy to install and use In the school usually there are the computers for the teachers and also even if there is no coordinator in the school for the program this product can be used as it is very simple and easy to use Anyone can use this when they are trained for an hour No need more than that so this can be used anywhere and by anyone in the world 21 of 33 Song Boyoung No 002272 085 Sec 2010 22 of 33 Song Boyoung 002272 085 Sec 2010 Appendix QUESTIONNAIRE 1 Name Bhaskar Menon Designation Activity counsellor School Indus International School Date of Testing 10 Sept 2009 1 Do you find the product easy to use Yes It was very comfortable to use even though I am not familiar with Microsoft Access in general The program was very simple and comfortable The only thing I needed was clicking what I wants Do you find any difficulties in the product There was no difficulty to use the products but some features were coming slow Do you think anything should be added for the better products Yes the result of this is not easy to see It will be much better if the result can be organized in event wise Do you think the products are properly organized The data was divided into the suitable sections so I thin
